Everything I needed, comfortable and great facilities, just a tiny change to make it all top marks.
Pros:

The location and ease of access was great. It also had everything you could need, even a washing machine and drier!

Cons:

The only thing was there was a gap under the door that leads to the corridor (not outside) and the draft was very loud. I put cushions up against the door to stop the noise. Maybe get some draft stoppers?

Pros:

Location is close to the mall. Room was tidy, had everything you need. Loved the laundry facilities too and 3 balcony access to outdoors.

Cons:

It's tidy and average clean but may need new paint job in the room.. scuff marks on the walls, stains on some of the curtains and normal wear & tear of floors & walls

Good location nut rooms a little tired.
Pros:

Good proximity to shops and transport.

Cons:

We have stayed here a few times but rooms are getting a little tired, most things there and topped up daily but no shower body wash. No sing plugs kitchen or bathroom.

12/10 - Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

everything about this accommodation was excellent, the room was big, the beds were comfy, we have a great view, a full kitchen, underground parking, there was a coffee machine, the location was amazing, just a quick walk to Rainbows End and the Shopping centre - it was superb! 100% recommend this hotel.
