Pros:

Friendliness of the staff. Quite rooms.

Cons:

Ice machine was leaking on the floor but staff had towels on the floor to keep it out away from the guests walk area.

Charged twice for the stay, despite payment was done upfront before arrival. Needed to resolve issue via third party to receive refund. Such a unnecessary waste of time and nerves to hassle for a refund.
