Except the staff, everything was disappointing.
Pros:

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, free parking

Cons:

Pool was closed, with 2 kids in August, that was a real problem for us that was not communicated prior to arrival. The room looked and felt tired. Requested extra pillows when I checked in but there was none when received the room. Reservation was for 4, but only 2 bath towels were there at check in. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:

Came in early Friday morning and they were very good to find us a room right away so we didn't have to sit in lobby all day.

Cons:

I had car trouble and was told Monday to get car back so made reservations for Friday through Monday we had been at an airbnb but had to leave there. Car got fixed on Friday so asked to cancel told no. I thought they might take at least one day off.
