Pros:

Came in early Friday morning and they were very good to find us a room right away so we didn't have to sit in lobby all day.

Cons:

I had car trouble and was told Monday to get car back so made reservations for Friday through Monday we had been at an airbnb but had to leave there. Car got fixed on Friday so asked to cancel told no. I thought they might take at least one day off.
