Nous sommes arrivés a Salou par le train. Noys avons marché 15 mn pour accéder a l'hôtel 1er bon point
L'établissement se trouve a 10mn de marche a pied du centre de Salou et de la plage 2eme bon point
PortAdventura se trouve a 15 mn a pied de l'hôtel et il y a même une navette disponible le matin
3ème bon point l'excellent accueil et la sympathie du personnel. Le buffet du dîner et du petit-déjeuner sont vraiment intéressants.

At dinner Roast beef served completely cold,queue for everything as lots of food was missing.
Breakfast queue for pancakes 10 minutes
Queue for Nutella and jams ask to be change they change Nutella but not jam ask again change with anger
Missing pastry missing fruits coffee not good

Stayed here for a trip to Portventura. Was very impressed with the price paid. The hotel was lovely and very clean. Would definitely stay again xxx

Ayant été plusieurs fois au Dorada je trouve dommage que la salle de restauration à changer, beaucoup plus petite avant, nappe en papier, espace de passage entre les tables ridicule. On gêne les personnes qui ont besoin d'une tranquillité pour le repas.

Very good value hotel that included breakfast and park access for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good but a bit repetetive, and the room was great with good facilities but minor cosmetic damage to our bathroom and a lack of air con working in the room.

Room service impossible. Shamz when uou want yo finish your meal on the bedroom...

Great value for money with the package of tickets included. Great proximity to the Portaventura parc and beachside!

My Husband and I booked (child free ☺️) for our 10 year wedding anniversary and stayed Thursday-Sunday at Dorada Palace hotel, booked through Expedia - Bed and breakfast.
Slightly worried having seen reviews on this page after we had booked, however hotel and staff could not be faulted. So clean, very accommodating and breakfast had everything to offer, with 3 available time slots. We arrived early around 11:30qm and were allowed straight to our room even though check in was 3pm. Would definitely return.

El buffet de cena/comida se queda un poco pobre por variedad de platos y calidad de la comida. Sobre todo postres casi no ponen. Hace unos años tenia mejor relacción calidad-precio.
Positivo, puedes coger agua fria filtrada gratis en las comidas, por lo cual no tienes cargos extra por beber agua.

Hotel comodo y bien ubicado, pero mucha gente en la piscina y restaurante y poco controlados

I had reserved an apartment. First the staff gave us the key to a room that was occupied and someone was taking shower in! Then they gave us key to another apartment that to our surprise only had one double bed. The Expedia description was clearly saying the apartment we had reserved has a double bed and two twin beds but the manager insisted that they don’t have such apartments and Expedia description is just wrong! Apparently they didn’t care to fix that.
We had to downgrade and go to a normal room. When we went inside the room one of the towels was on the floor. Later we needed more towels and regardless of how many times we called the reception from our room no one responded. They had so many people checking in and didn’t have enough staff to handle that. I had to go to front desk twice and we finally got the towels after two hours.
I had been to many places over the years and this was one of the most horrible experiences.

hôtel très agréable. Attention il y a des familles avec des enfants en bas âges. Pour le reste cet hôtel très sympathique.

Falta mejorar la calidad del bufett libre y la limpieza. Excelentes instalaciones.

The whole complex was very clean and everywhere looked newly decorated. Just the main pool could do with a bit of updating.
The staff were amazing, especially in the dining room, they were all friendly, polite and very helpful. The food was very good with plenty of choice for us vegetarians and vegans.
The position of the hotel was perfect, the free bus service to Port Aventura worked well and it was short stroll to the beach.
