Pros:

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada. Čist je i uredan. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Posebno želim da istaknem recepcionarku Sanju.

Pros:

Ich bin Stammgast in diesem Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal war eine Freundin gleichzeitig im Hotel, die ebenfalls wiederkommen wird. Wir haben ausgiebig zusammen gefrühstückt, Kaffee und Buffet waren ausgezeichnet. Das Personal könnte nicht freundlicher sein!

Vienna, bella da vedere ma la settimana di natale a parte i mercatini tutti i negozi chiusi.
Pros:

Personale molto preparato uno dei signori alla réception parlava l'italiano ed è stato veramente bravo nel rispondere alle domande poste.

Cons:

Il fatto che dopo aver passato la notte, la prima mattina prima di uscire la signora della reception mi ferma e mi dice " mi scuso tanto capiamo che lei ha una bambina piccola di un anno e mezzo ma purtroppo i clienti della porta accanto dicono di aver sentito troppi rumori ".
Adesso tralasciando il fatto che in vacanza sopratutto a Natale non vai a letto alle 22h di sera e sicuramente le persone che si sono lamentate non avevano figli, il primo problema riscontrato in questo hotel è che le mura non sono isolate e praticamente io sentivo tutto dalle camere accanto.
Il secondo punto le finestre non abbastanza isolate, passava aria fredda.
Per il resto va bene.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very satisfying! The hotels place was a walk away from very important historical places

Positively surprised for how affordable it is. Would definitly stay here again!
Pros:

Incredibly clean place. Nice staff. Rooms have AC!
Breakfast buffet was small but good. No minibar of kettle in the room, but there's a snack automat and a community kettle in the foyer, which was good enough. The coffee in the breakfast hall was great!
Location is practical - close to the Fußgängerzone and with both McDonald's and KFC nearby.

Cons:

The window was a bit useless, due to where the room was located. But I assume that's only a problem for my room and the adjacent one.
No place to put your shampoo etc inside the shower.
The walls/door were quite thin, you could hear people very clearly walking through the hallway outside, as well as in the other room (those were noisy ones though, so maybe not always a problem).
