Staff cordiale e gentile, pronto ad ogni richiesta. Per parlare italiano c è il gentilissimo Fashad! Colazione buona e abbondante. Camere molto pulite e comode. Vicinissimo al centro, alla Metro e al palazzo della Secessione, si va a piedi in centro e quindi per almeno due giorni non si spendono soldi per i mezzi, . PS: Suggerisco solo una mensolà portasapone x prodotti bagno nella doccia

Hotel super carino in una città stupenda
Pros:

Posizione top, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione nella norma ma comunque buona e ben adeguata al prezzo pagato. Consiglieremo l'hotel agli amici e torneremo qui senz'altro in caso di un futuro viaggio a Vienna

Great stay
Pros:

Great, helpful staff who spent time when I was checking in to point out on a map all of the places I should see. Good location, not far from all the main attractions and there's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable and the a/c worked great. Breakfast was nice and had a good assortment of vegetarian options.

Great location, comfortable room and helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. Gave us practical tips about the travels with clear directions which helped a lot. They also printed out the e-vouchers for sight seeing which I needed and didn't charge anything extra.

Cons:

The elevator was very small, so we had to make two trips for a family of four.
