Dejligt hotel
Pros:

Venlig og hjælpsom receptionist. Godt tekøkken. Velegnet familieværelse til 4 personer. Effektiv aircondition. Fint tv så vi kunne se både fodbold-VM og sammendrag af Tour de France om aftenen. Pænt og rent alle steder. God morgenmadsbuffet.

Básico, pero bien ubicado
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, junto a la zona de Museos y Hofburg. Se puede ir a pie a la mayoría de sitios , y hay varias estaciones de metro y tranvía cercanos. También hay variedad de restaurantes cercanos. El personal de recepción es muy amable

Cons:

Un hotel bastante básico. El baño es minúsculo, hasta el punto que para usar el lavabo hay que abrir la puerta de la ducha. En la habitación para 4 personals sólo había un pequeño armario de 50 cm

Pros:

Love this place even though it's spenny but I guess everywhere in Vienna is, very clean, staff are great and the breakfast has gone up a notch since my last stay

The reception staff (all of them) are exceptional 👏 👌 🙌.
At Arrival you get the best instruction where to go what to see, where to eat etc.
During the stay, Super friendly and helpful.
Really great team.
Then the location of the hotel just outside the centre but close to shopping area and museas.
Perfect.
Next time in Vienna same place.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
We are not the breakfast type persons and choose not to take it as it is a bit expensive.
It's a choise.
Lift is a bit small 😂

Pros:

Çalışanlar iyi konumu güzel temiz.

Cons:

Buz dolabı yok en büyük sıkıntı. Asansöre erişim merdivenli. Bir de son gece saat birde çalışanlar sanırım çamaşır makinesi çalıştırdı uyuyamadık. Tesis müdürü çalışanları uyarmalı. Normal odadan böyle makine sesi gelmez.
