Pros:

Met betrekking tot ontbijt en personeel: We werden gastvrij ontvangen door Anu, die precies wist wat we wilden hebben (2 dubbele espresso) en Siddhik die ons verder perfect bediende. Verder was er barista Suhail, die op onze laatste dag waarbij er geen pannenkoeken werden gebakken, persoonlijk in de keuken dat voor mij ging regelen en brengen. Heel attent allemaal. Ook de kamerdame bracht elke dag vers water, iets lekkers of een wijntje, heel attent.
De suite was heerlijk ruim, we konden er ook gewoon lekker zitten. De badkamer en voorraad handdoeken was comfortabel, een extra plankje voor wat spullen was het enige wat aanvulling betrof. Verder was er een gezellig dakterras voor een lekker drankje of hapje 's avonds met uitzicht over de stad en waar het personeel zelfs beneden de speciale whisky voor ons ging halen. En toen ik ergens mijn bril had laten liggen werd ik keurig gebeld toen deze was gevonden. Kortom de service was perfect en we hadden een zeer prettige ervaring in het hotel

Cons:

Enkel een extra plankje of ruimte in de badkamer, de rest was perfect.

Pros:

Everything..our lateral balcony room on level 5 was brilliant. Had drinks nightly on our balcony with fantastic views across the harbour to Valletta. Very clean, great staff lovely. The bar on level 12 beautiful. Great location, good connections to many tours etc.

Pros:

We booked a Deluxe Sea View Room but, to our surprise and delight, were upgraded at no extra cost to the Penthouse Suite and what an incredible experience it was.

The suite was absolutely stunning and far beyond anything we expected. It had everything you could need: a separate lounge, dining and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with its own balcony, and not one but two beautiful bathrooms — one with a bath and the other with a shower. The huge rooftop garden terrace was a real highlight, offering amazing views over the harbour and a perfect place to relax, and having gym equipment in the suite was such a unique touch.

Every detail felt luxurious, modern and thoughtfully designed, with all the mod cons you could want. Every evening we returned to find a thoughtful gift waiting for us, which really made us feel valued and welcomed.

What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Anu at breakfast, who was always so attentive and welcoming. We would also like to thank Stephen Gatt, the F&B Operations Manager and Executive Chef, along with Sohan, who both went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail really stood out.

Cons:

It's difficult to find fault with the experience, as everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

Well located property
Pros:

Quiet room, very clean. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. Breakfast had an excellent variety of options. Convenient for ferry to Valletta and walking distance to good restaurants. Good value for money.

Ottimo Hotel staff eccezionale
Pros:

Posizione ottima, bella la camera con vista sul porto di sliema e sulla Valletta. Camera ampia, tv funzionale, letto king size comodissimo. Pulizia quotidiana e staff cordialissimo. Bel rooftop bar al 12 piano, colazione abbondante e varia.

Cons:

Uniche pecche sono la chiusura del Cielo bar alle 22 e le tende oscuranti che nonostante siano ampie non coprono totalmente la luce. Nel bagno non c’e’ finestra
