ELYSE, ZOHAIB, Tanku e Jiulia gentilissimi e super professionali julia ci hanno accolti con gentilezza, e coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno 😘🤗, colazione abbondante con vista spettacolare. Davvero un'esperienza da 10 e lode. Torneremo sicuramente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni ad agosto. Oltre ad aver trovato una bellissima struttura moderna, abbia incontrato un personale cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente.
Bellissima stanza di fronte al mare, con letti super confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. La posizione dell'albergo è ideale: abbiamo prenotate un'escursione in barca e la partenza era proprio a pochi passi dall'albergo.
Abbiamo usufruito di alcuni servizi come bar, piscina interna ed anche quella esterna convenzionata. Tutto OLTRE le aspettative! Consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the food was delicious.

A special thank you from my 8-year-old son to Ms. Soya Anu ❤️ During dinner, she made sure he could have a dish that suited his preferences. Her patience and kindness were truly exceptional.

Good location- very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to beach was great.
Room cleaned regularly, tea and coffee replaced daily. Great little gym and indoor pool.

Cons:

Pool was also used by people not staying at the hotel which meant it was very busy and pool was packed- would probably be better out of high season.

Pros:

The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop bar and also a decent pool and sauna.

Cons:

The water in the pool was sometimes too warm and there was no vegan breakfast.

An unforgettable stay with a truly great team!
Pros:

That was my second stay at The Waterfornt Hotel and once again I am extremely happy with my experience. The quality of service was excellent everywhere - at the reception desk, in the restaurant and in the Cielo Lounge. The breakfasts were absolutely excellent, with a great choice of food and great quality. My room was big, clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from the window.
I would also like to say a special thank you to Justine at the reception for such a warm welcome (for the second time!) and effortless check-in. Many thanks as well to Punam from the restaurant for the excellent morning service, and to the entire Cielo Lounge team (thanks to you guys, my last evening before checking out was anything but sad!).
Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be coming back.

Really wonderful stay, with a great location I can thoroughly recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Extremely good condition. Staff were all amazingly helpful and were always offering to go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy from front of house to breakfast, cleaning staff, every facet of the hotel.

Cons:

The lift doors is the only minor issue which seem to take an age to open….

Second stay here- we love it
Pros:

This is our second stay at Waterfront Hotel.
We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and a toddler. We wanted to change something about our booking when we got there (before check in) and the manager was easily accessible. We actually stayed 5 nights

We stayed as a family with a young child but b it didn't feel like a noisy family hotel. Lovely areas in foyer too sit and read or have a drink.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean, beautifully decorated and felt like a real treat. We all loved the breakfast- buffet breakfast with barista coffee. Teens enjoyed ice coffees. A great range including the usual hot, continental, baked, vegan, fruit, cereals, yoghurt. Plus omelette made to order, fresh juicing, pancakes made to order (not every day). Puja was our main waitress and she was a great distraction for our toddler! Friendly but not at all intrusive.

Beautiful large family room. Sea view. Water dispensers were so useful especially in heatwave. We even bought a couple of steel Waterfront water bottles! We were there during heatwave and this hotel was a haven.

Pool-Lido across the road. Waterfront guests have access to reserved loungers. And we went on beach trip organised by hotel which gave (return) us transport to beach about half an hour away and a bag with beach mat, towel, fan, fruit and water. There's also a pool in hotel- that was great with the toddler.
