Zeer net en comfortabel hotel. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en personeel. Uitgebreid en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Goed gelegen voor verschillende uitstapjes in en rond Valletta.

Good location not far away from the ferry to Valletta. Perfect breakfast with very helpful staff especially Olena, Nora, Sasha and Aryanman. Dispensers with cool and hot water on several floors

Our stay was exceptional in all ways! This is the most service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in. From our check-in with Tanku, continuing service from Zomaib, and the wonderful service in the breakfast room with Olena, who was more than pleasant each morning, we were impressed with the team. We can't say enough about the Assistant Manager Lilian, we had lengthy conversations with her and appreciated her very hands on, managing by walking around approach. I have never experienced a more service oriented team, they were excellent. I apologize if I misspelled anyone's name.

To say our room view was excellent doesn't do it justice. It was spectacular! Our view over the entire harbor was wonderful. With our balcony, it was tempting to stay in our room and just enjoy the view, how much better can it get?

Very attentive staff polite and helpful ,housekeeping was excellent.
Nice indoor heated pool and outdoor swimming across the road which is included.
Very varied breakfast options hot and cold.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen
Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch, es ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag und ich fragte Rikta, ob sie eventuell ein Kerze oder Ähnliches hätte, dann kamen 4 Angestellte mit einem Kuchen und Sternenwerfer und haben Happy Birthday gesungen, nochmals vielen Dank dafür

Acest hotel mi-a incantat sufletul ,personalul amabil,micul dejun foarte gustos,peisajul de pe balcon superb,camera curată ,mici surprize in camera,dulciuri chiar si o floare naturală.

Room was over expectations. Breakfast was extremely good. Location superb.

Struttura bellissima particolarmente attenta agli ospiti.
Ogni dettaglio e servizio è curato nei minimi particolari.
La posizione è eccezionale perché vicina a ogni possibile mezzo di trasporto.Mozzafiato la vista mare e in lontananza La Valletta.Particolare apprezzamento per Rikta,Sasha e Kuldeep attenti e particolarmente attenti con gli ospiti.

Zostaliśmy powitani lampką szampana przy zameldowaniu a syn sokiem pomarańczowym. W pokoju mieliśmy miła niespodziankę urodzinowe ciastko z życzeniami oraz urodzinowy wystrój pokoju. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki również wymieniane codziennie, śniadania obfite z możliwością widoku na przystań. Dobra baza wypadowa do innych miejsc. Jacuzzi funkcjonowało czasem działało czasem nie. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam rewelacyjnie. Obsługa w recepcji perfekcyjna i bardzo życzliwa.

Staying at the Waterfront hotel on the strip for a month was a wonderful way to see Malta and explore the area. The hotel atmosphere provides welcome relief after a long day of seeing the sights helping you relax. The Breakfast area had a variety of traditional hot items along with Gluten free and vegan items with fresh fruits, breads, specialty items and amazing coffee baristas. The beds were comfortable the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The value and quality provided by the hotel is exceptional.
We would personally like to thank the front desk staff Tanku along with Charmaine and Maia, the restaurant hospitality staff Nora & Olena, G.M.Frederick. The housekeeping staff for making our stay wonderful. Hats off to the maintenance group for helping with a specific request. If we left anyone out we apologize.

I spent 4 nights in Waterfall and enjoyed a lot my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. From the balcony of my room, the view of the Sliema bay is marvelous. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always ready for help. I'd like to give my special appreciation for Rikta. Every morning during breakfast, she welcomed me warmly and gave me suggestions for places i could visit during the day.

Everything! Perfect place to stay, some of the kindest and most welcoming staff I have ever experienced. Location is great and pool / spa area is really relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean and the view from the room was amazing.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Damen aus dem Service: Anu, Soya, Priya und allen voran Rikta, die mir die Rituale des Teekochens nahegebracht hat.

Nagyon kellemes hely. A személyzet lesi minden kívánságát a vendégeknek. A reggeli átlagon felüli. Nóra, a felszolgáló kisasszony, nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Közel van a buszmegálló és számtalan étterem. A kilátás a kikötőre és Valettára nagyon hangulatos.
