All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.
Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.
The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.
The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.
Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

How close to k road it was
The difficulty around having to pay a bond but needing to leave earlier in the morning than reception was open.
Great location to stay in Auckland. You can walk everywhere. There is enough kitchen stuff for us to use.
The parking is so tight. No washing machine in the apartment. The TV connection wouldn’t work so we couldn’t use streaming services.
Good location, apartment was large and clean with good kitchen facilities. Decor was basic, but great value for a city centre apartment.
Getting into the car park was a bit of a challenge
Amazing staff
This is emergency housing accommodation, not what I expected for the price I paid. I stayed for 5 nights and paid a significant amount, but I did not feel safe leaving my room after 6pm. The environment felt rough and uncomfortable.
Location beside a laneway across the road from
A old cemetery- with homeless people continually at night having rowdy discussions which could be heard easily.
The hotel is opposite a cemetry which was a bit disconcerting and down a very small alleyway. The car park was a nightmare. Steep and curvy and difficult to manouvre a mid size SUV. We met others in the car park who had a much larger vehicle than ours, and they too agreed with our opinion. The room was clean and serviceable and very roomy. Office staff were friendly and helpful.
