Important information:

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.

Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.

The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

Excellent apartments, location and friendly helpful staff. Great value for money.
Pros:

Well appointed rooms, perfect for anyone attending conferences at Cordis Hotel (5mins walk). Excellent location with plenty of eateries close by.
Very helpful staff, easy check in (even though our team arrived late from Rotorua). Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was pleasant
Pros:

The space was great. Kitchen facilities great.

Cons:

Bathroom was ok but needed a light above the shower as was a bit dark and also the shower head holder was faulty so it wouldn't stay upright.
The couch in the tv room was awful. Quite old and very uncomfortable.

Great slur for money, would stay again.
Pros:

Clean room, simple but had everything we needed. Spacious and good water pressure

Cons:

On a very steep hill, hard to drive in and out of. No extra blankets but had a great pump.
Quite far for the queen street and definitely not walking distance to the viaduct
Tv and wifi didn’t work

Underwhelming
Pros:

Location to where we needed to be was great.

Cons:

One of the 2 lifts was broken. The place was full so we had to wait up to 10 minutes for the lift in some cases.
There was a lot of parties in the rooms surrounding us which kept us awake.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, great location
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were clean. All necessary utensils and glasses etc were there. Nice view.

Cons:

The entertainment TV system was baffling. All that was needed was an explanatory card with instructions on how to use it.
