Gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche Zimmer. Mir gefällt der recht einfache aber dafür gemütliche Stil und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem gibt es viele Angebote (Fitness, Massage, Sport etc.)

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht das herzlichste. Aber war kein besonderes Problem.

Pros:

Great location, clean spacious rooms, nice on site facilities (including Indoor Golf). Reasonably priced breakfast. Big comfortable sofa-bed for the kids.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Parking a bit expensive, but Erdberg P'nR inly 500m away, charges 4 EUR per 24h.

Cons:

Zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal.
Gutes Restaurantangebot, ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Das umfangreiche Sport und Wellnessangebot konnten wir aus Zeitgründen eider nicht nutzen.

Pros:

Położenie oraz parking, który był na tyle wysoki, by zmieścił samochód z bagażnikiem dachowym.
Czysty, duży pokój a właściwie apartament. Hotel akceptuje psy.

Cons:

Pan z recepcji, który za mnie wybrał na terminalu płatność w złotówkach, zamiast dać mi do wyboru. Przez to cena noclegu z dodatkowymi opłatami wyszła o ponad 10 euro drożej. Gdy poprosiłam o cofnięcie transakcji, stwierdził, że tego nie może zrobić, co było nieprawdą.
Zimny pokój - były dostawione grzejniki elektryczne. Jednak po włączeniu czajnika nastąpiło zwarcie i wysiadł prąd. Obsługa musiała wymienić bezpiecznik.
W pokoju był czajnik i ekspres do kawy jednak nie zapewniono torebek herbaty i kapsułek z kawą - zapytałam o to rano w recepcji - okazało się, że kawa i herbata powinny być w standardzie. Dziwi trochę takie przeoczenie w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu, bo mini bar był w pełni wyposażony.
I jeszcze cieknąca umywalka w łazience.

一開始找不到飯店的入口和報到櫃檯，建議在飯店門口增加明顯指引標示和說明，增加門口的無障礙通道方便行李箱拉進飯店。

Empfehlenswert und sehr sauber
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist zwar schon älter, aber sehr sauber, es gab keine Mängel und ist empfehlenswert. Sportaktivitäten habe ich keine genutzt, da ich nur für eine Nacht dort war.

Cons:

Rezeption sehr freundlich, Personal im Restaurant/Frühstückssaal etwas mürrisch. Restaurant ist nicht empfehlenswert, Pizza mit Champignons aus der Dose ist schon sehr grenzwertig. Ein paar Champignons frisch zu schneiden schafft normalerweise jedes Lokal. Frühstück Standard, jedoch für 4-Sterne würde ich mir zumindest auch was für Allergiker/ Unverträglichkeiten wünschen, z.B. glutenfreies Brot, Milch-Alternative.
