The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was excellent. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Portón Medellín. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Paula at the reception was always attentive, caring, and very professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

Luis was also amazing — he always had a great smile on his face and was very friendly. He gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit and made every conversation enjoyable.

The staff truly made the experience memorable, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Medellín!

En la factura no se discriminó lo que se consumió del minibar.
La habitación no estaba lista al momento del checkin a pesar de que se hizo después de 3pm, se demoraron alrededor e 10 min más,
El desayuno le falta variedad, lo que me extraño porque por el ghl sonesta de barranquilla y el de pereira los desayunos son muchos mas variados.

Pros:

Walking distance (2 min) to Santa Fe Mall. Really safe, peaceful and nice neighborhood. Room was great. Newly renovated with jacuzzi bath. Comfortable bed, hot shower, we got complementary slippers, even a mini toothpaste and razor blade which was really convenient. Hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The lobby offers assistance to book tours which picked us up and dropped us back at the hotel. Very convenient!
