La mejor experiencia
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel, el desayuno es rico y variado, la ubicación perfecta (cerca de centros comerciales y el metro), una zona muy segura. Lo mejor de todo el hotel es su personal, son súper atentos y cálidos. Estuvimos varios días resfriadas y se preocuparon por nosotras, hasta nos hicieron infusiones de naranja, jengibre y miel para que nos sintiéramos mejor ❤️

Bien, agradable pero costoso
Pros:

El desayuno es muy rico, el personal que te atiende es muy amanle y está pendiente de cualquier requerimiento.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación me habían asignado una de una sola cama, cuando yo había pedido una habitación con dos camas dobles. Al final me solucionaron, cambiandome de habitación pero antes de realizar el checkin digan cual fue la habitación que alquiraron.

Excelente opción en Medellín
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue excepcional. El hotel es muy lindo, muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy sustancioso y variado. Fue lo que más nos gustó. Es muy cómodo, limpio y el personal es muy educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con direcciones o recomendaciones.

Tuve una habitación que tenía puerta intermedia compartida y los huéspedes de la otra habitación llegaron a la madrugada a hacer demasiado ruido, mi hija y yo no pudimos dormir. sin embargo le avisamos al personal y ellos subieron a pedirles que hicieran silencio.

Los teléfonos de la habitación no servían, los arreglaron al siguiente día de mi llegada. Muy atento el personal.

Gostei de tudo. O quarto amplo , limpo e muito confortável. O staff muito simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre prontos para nos ajudar. O café da manhã muito bom e a localização ótima, perto do shopping Santa Fé e 20 minutos do metrô. Adoramos ficar hospedados la.
