UN DESASTRE

La atención del personal de aseo, del restaurante y oficios varios fue buena, aunque la gente de recepción tuvo varios inconvenientes en el cobro. MUCHA DESORGANIZACION POR EVENTOS EN EL HOTEL.

En primer lugar, me escribieron un dia antes de mi llegada para confirmar mi estancia, pensé que era una actitud muy amable por parte del hotel, pero solo lo hicieron para cobrar POR ADELANTADO una noche del hotel como "método de confirmación" utilizando la tarjeta de crédito registrada,sin preguntarme antes si autorizaba o no, dicha transacción Nos hospedamos en una suite junior, ubicadaen el primer piso, no tiene ninguna vista de la ciudad, está tapada por plantas. Para ingresar a las habitaciones a pesar de tener una puerta con tarjeta que permite el ingreso, esta a lado de salones donde había mucha gente. Habían eventos en el hotel, por lo cual, en la recepción y fuera de la habitación en el pasillo, había demasiada gente, tenías que pasar por en medio de todas las personas que estaban realizando actividades lúdicas (carteleras, musica), para ingresar a la puerta de las habitaciones suite, lo cual generaba inseguridad para los huéspedes, cualquier persona ajena al hotel podría ingresar sin inconveniente alguno. El ascensor se demoraba demasiado, la gente preferia las escaleras. El baño tenia fuga de agua, el inodoro no funcionaba de manera óptima desde la segunda noche. El desayuno es muy pequeño, no tenia variedad. La ducha no tiene puerta, por lo cual el agua se salía por fuera de la misma. Adicionalmente cuando me hicieron el cobro de mi estancia, por error de la persona de recepción (por el desorden de los eventos que tenían, en mi opinión), no me cobraron los impuestos, por lo cual el dia viernes me enviaron un mensaje que debía los impuestos, que cuando llegara al hotel por favor me acercara a cancelarlos. Los cancele en efectivo pero no me dieron ningún recibo, confíe que aun asi tenian soporte y comunicación entre el personal, pero para sorpresa mía, cuando hice check out, me volvieron a cobrar los impuestos a pesar que ya los había cancelado, tuvieron que confirmar pero si no estoy seguro que me los iban a cobrar nuevamente.
