Muy lamentable
Pros:

La ubicación. Los empleados en recepción están muy distraído y no te brindan el servicio necesario que deberían.

Cons:

El personal a la recepción, le pedí una cuna mucho antes de llegar y le dije que tenía un bebé de meses.
Cuando llegue me dijeron que le cuna estaba en la habitación pero no había cuna.
Le volví a pedir y nada.
Luego se le dañó la máquina del café y un día estuvimos sin café.

It’s a nice Holiday Inn on a key and convenient area, will be back!
Pros:

The Property is nice and rooms have good space

Cons:

The cleaning was ok, but not wonderful.
The whole staff is super nice, Angie on the reception should keep learning customer service, but she tries hard. Breakfast is good, with options and the restaurant staff is super nice!
The registration to enter parking is not working well, every single entry or exit I had to register again.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, cómodo, aseado, bien ubicado, zona segura y muchas opciones de comida. Se puede salir a caminar por la zona, sin problema de seguridad. Excelente habitación.
