Pros:

Room was big and beds comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Getting towels was very difficult. and they allowed someone to park in the fire lane. And having a parking fee is ridiculous. this isn't a hotel close to the airport or any attraction either.

Cons:

The property has a BEDBUG INFESTATION. I was there for two night and I have over 15 bites. I risked taking the bedbugs home to my family and they do not care. I have since spoken with a lawyer, the BBB, TX Department of Public Health to inform every one of what happened to me on my birthday! The told me I’d get a refund and the later denied me a refund. Horrible customer service.

Nice stay, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Perfect location for where we needed to go! Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The door to the room wasn’t closed when we checked in. Made us a little uncomfortable, they told us the door sticks sometimes.

Pros:

I am handicapped and all elevators were out of order please fix the elevators

The ants on the counters top in bathroom they gave me spray to spray them then I asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom again and she did no English
