Poor air conditioning and a few more things.
Pros:

The personnel was friendly, the room was tidy, the breakfast was good.

Cons:

I stayed in a non-smoking room on the 11th floor. The air conditioning was very weak there. I set it to 16 degrees and it kept working that way during all three days that I was there. Despite that the temperature remained at 24-27 degrees! So it was very uncomfortable. I got sweaty almost immediately after I took shower. Also, I was not provided with a bath robe for some reason. If it's a five-star hotel, I assume it should be there. In addition, I tried to reach the reception multiple times via the phone, but they did not pick up and never returned my call. Finally, the hotel does not have even basic medicine for the guests (paracetamol!).

A stylish hotel with a nice pool!
Pros:

I liked very much the pool. I also liked the breakfast.

Cons:

The staff at the reception desk. The last day there was a power outage just at the time we were about to check out. We repeteadly call the reception to help us with the luggage since the elevators were not functioning. Nobody did ever show up!

Resepsiyonda Adil bey gerçekten çok yardım sever çok iyi biriydi kendisine buradan bir kez daha teşekkür etmek istiyorum. yaşadığımız küçük aksaklıklarda hemen yardımcı oldu sorunları büyümeden çözdü. tatili bir üst seviyeye çıkardı diyebilirim kendisi için.
bunların yanında otel zaten çok kaliteli kullanılan malzeme kalitesi vs kendini belli ediyor. ankaraya yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. konumu itibariyle de gayet merkezi tüm ankaraya eşit mesafedesiniz.

Cons:

kahvaltı çeşitleri biraz daha fazla olabilirdi ve kahve makinesinden kendi seçimlerimize göre kahve çeşidi alabilmek bir tık daha güzel olabilirdi fakat bu durum önemli bir eksiklik değil neticede.

Śniadanie było pyszne, bardzo urozmaicone, bardzo wygodne łóżka, oprócz prysznica wielka wanna w pokoju, widok z okna zapierający dech w piersi, mieszaliśmy na 11 piętrze z widokiem na Ankarę.
