Fabulous hotel - would stay there again!
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. When we first arrived, we had a problem paying the taxi driver as somehow my credit card was not being charged on his machine. The very kind person at the reception agreed to add the charge to our bill and paid the taxi driver in cash, saving us a trip to an ATM and the associated charges. We really appreciated their assistance.
The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts in Europe - great selection of hot and cold dishes and a wonderful setting, with live piano music in the morning. We also appreciated the welcome drink and a small cake delivered to our room on the day of our arrival The location of the hotel could not be better - a walking distance to city centre and to the train station (on our return, we just walked there - took us about 10 minutes).
We highly recommand this hotel- will definitely stay there again if we visit Brno in the future.

Top lage sowie Hotel gerne wieder
Pros:

Der gesamte Eindruck die lage sowie der Service

Cons:

Die Kommunikation beim einchecken es wäre eventuell hilfreich wen das Personal auch deutsch sprechen würde da wir eine dame hatten die englisch und tschechisch gemischt gesprochen hat.

So sollte man Brno kennenlernen
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und durch die musikalische Umrahmung toll, die Lage zwischen Dom und Burg und wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren sind unverschämt hoch

Security issue for solo female!
Pros:

Great location in centrum… valet parking a plus. Restaurant had a nice, tasty menu.

Cons:

Two things:
1) safety security protocol breach - I had called reception to report my TV was not working at all (I suspected dead batteries) … I must add I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes after check-in time to enter my room as they were confirming the room was ready for me to occupy. My big surprise was when the technician opened my room door without knocking or announcing himself - just barged into my room… I had just finished a massage and was on my robe thankfully … basically he ignored my comments - took the remote and got on his phone to discuss problem with someone … I don’t think I have EVER experience such intrusion and just shocked of this individual’s behavior… I reported the incident and reception provided some complimentary items - but I feel this is a key issue for management to review with their personnel
2. I went to the sauna spa area (separate from the massage area) only to find out all saunas were turned off except the steam one … I called the attendant to check on the rooms and start the systems.

From above I can only deduct that not all personnel is clear in their roles and responsibilities - something g to look deeper into.

Luxus, ústretovosť personálu, osobny prístup, veľmi dobrá poloha.
Pros:

Je veľmi málo takých hotelov, kde Vám vyhovejú aj v tom, v com naozaj ani nemusia. Vynikajúci personál, auto zabezpečené, veľmi prijmné prostredie, čistota, pohodlie.

Pros:

Understated luxury from aroma throughout the hotel to live piano music twice a day. Staff is perfectly schooled. Excellent location. And the rate you would pay easily 2-3 time as much if you stayed in any European capital. Just an amazing stay

Brnóba itt szállunk meg!
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van. Munka után este egy perc alatt a belvárosban sétáltunk. A szoba kényelmes, tágas és csendes.

A wellness nonstop működik, ami hatalmas plusz, hiszen este 8 körül érek vissza, és így nem kell döntenem az esti séta vagy a wellness között.

A reggeli bőséges: a szokásos müzli–felvágott kombináción kívül van angol reggeli, lazac, sajtok, palacsinta, gyümölcs, gluténmentes kenyér és süti is.

Cons:

A parkolás nem egyértelmű!

Nyugodtan parkolj le a szálloda előtt, majd bepakolás után vagy elviszed az autódat, vagy odaadod a kulcsot, és ők viszik el leparkolni.

SEJOUR MAGNIFIQUE DE DEUX NUITS DANS UN HOTEL MAGNIFIQUE
Pros:

Pros:

Stadthotel mit Valet-parking, schönes Gebäude in guter Lage zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Sehr laut, die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel und auch der Verkehr. Das Bett war unbebequem, man hat jede Bewegung des Partners gespürt. Insgesamt war alles ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war Durchschnittlich und ziemlich überlaufen... schade.
