Nothing is wrong but nothing is really great either.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and according to expectations with regards to services, room size. Great breakfast. Great location and room has plenty of space compared to other European hotels. Bathroom renovated, nice shower.

Cons:

People in the Czech Republic are not generally inclined to smile at all, and the hotel staff is no exception, although they do their job adequately and efficiently. The hotel is dark, and the lighting in the room is difficult to turn on and off. The hotel has no character and feels boring, although this is difficult to grasp if you have not been in the hotel. nothing is wrong with the hotel but nothing is great either.

ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומעולה, שירות טוב מאוד, מיקום פצצה הלכנו לכל מקום ברגל - כיכר ואצלב, קניון פלדיום ממש ליד המלון, מועדונים מעולים קרובים, סופר וכו. טרקלין מעולה וגם הספא מאוד נחמד אינטימי ונעים. הלובי קצת קטן, מניחה שבגלל המיקום המרכזי.

מסאז'ים זולים יחסית לארץ אבל לא כל כך מקצועיים.

Great place to stay in Prague
Pros:

Lovely old building, great location handy to everything. Lovely staff and a great breakfast. Fantastic towels.

Cons:

Totally minor but one of the lift doers was playing up.

מלון מצוין ומומלץ ביותר!!!!
Pros:

מלון מצוין במיקום נהדר, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית וקניון פלאדיום, רמת ניקיון גבוהה, צוות אדיב, אחורחת בוקר מצוינת עם מבחר גדול של מאכלים, בשעות הצהריים יש לאונג' למי שמעוניין במשקה חם/קר עם כיבוד משביעה.
מומלץ בחום!!!!

Cons:

בשעות הערב ישנה חלוקה של סוכריות בחדרים, הרעיון נהדר רק יש דבר אחד שקצת התריד אותנו שדופקים על הדלת ובמידה ואין מענה אז נכנסים. אולי כדאי לבדוק דרך נוספת שתשמור יותר על פרטיות האורח מבלי להיכנס לחדר.
אבל בסך הכול השהייה היתה מצוינת!

Wyjątkowe miejsce
Pros:

Wspaniałe miejsce na wyjątkowy pobyt w Pradze. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta. Przyjazny i pomocny personel, czułam się naprawdę zaopiekowana. Pokój duży i bardzo komfortowy, łóżko tak wygodne, że nie chciało się wstawać ;) spora łazienka z wanną i prysznicem, a do tego pięknie pachnące kosmetyki.

Nigdy nie widziałam bufetu śniadaniowego z tak bogatym, różnorodnym wyborem - wszystko było przepyszne.

Z całego serca polecam wszystkim niezdecydowanym.

Lokacija je ok. Doručak je dobar. Nisam nešto zahtjevan, dovoljno mi je da imam cijeđenje naranču.

Naplata apsolutno svega u hotelu. Osoblje je nezainteresirano i djeluje za jedne ugostitelje dosta podcjenjujuće prema gostima. Očekujem više od takvog hotela
