Never again
Pros:

They handed us towels at the front desk to bring to our room (we didn't check in until about 9:30 pm). There were no chairs in the room, only beds. The TV didn't work. After a few calls to the front desk we got an office chair but it took 3 remotes and about a half hour to finally get the TV to work on a few stations. While the man was helpful, there really was no excuses. Just kept saying maintenance did not inform them of any issues. We asked for some kind of discount and were told no. When we made a complaint to Best Western they gave us points. Will never stay there again, even though it was close to Knotts Berry Farm and we have season passes.

Cons:

Payment processing. Never got my deposit back and had to switch room due to our room flooding. Second room had roaches!

Stay-cation Trip
Pros:

I came here with my boyfriend for our Disney trip and it was relatively close to the park but also super close to many shopping stores and food spots nearby. Check in process was quick and the front desk guy was very friendly. The property was quiet during our stay and everything looked like the pictures, we will definitely return again!
