El hotel es lindo, la limpieza impecable. Los trabajadores de recepción y botones excelentes. El serivicio del restaurant pésimo( necesitan ayudarles a entender qué realmente es un Servicio al cliente) Respecto al aire acondicionado no se que tipo de sistema usan pero en el día y en la noche no funcionó para nada. Llámanos al botones q muy amablemente fue y lo encendió y aún así estuvimos todo el tiempo con la temperatura exterior.

Przepiękny hotel położony w samym sercu Cartageny. Bardzo podobał mi się basen na tarasie, przemiła obsługa oraz pyszne śniadania. A sam pokój - rewelacja - duży, wygodny i w pełni wyposażony.

Pros:

The Movich hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Perfect for walking everywhere. We could not be happier with the service and the views from our bedroom. I would stay there again in the future. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was excellent. Because the hotel was so central to all the tourist attractions, we were able to come by and get refreshed in the middle of the day without wasting too much time. It was scorching hot out on the streets and coming to our nicely refrigerated bedroom to take breaks was awesome.

It was a pleasant stay the reception staff are very helpful and could speak English

The property was central and there were great restaurants and sites in the immediate vicinity. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was calm and the pool and restaurant were a perfect place to relax and recover from the heat.
