The concierge at the beach and the valet were very good! Very friendly and professional! one complaint is that the bathrooms could be more amenable, ie more towel bars. also no dresser in the bedroom to put clothes. The location was excellent with good restaurants within walking distance!

Highly Recommended in North Miami Beach
Pros:

incredible sunrise over N Miami Beach. The room is designed perfectly, especially tall people. I loved the comfortable bed and large open shower. The staff is so sweet. I felt very welcomed and I loved the food and the service staff in the restaurant. One day I will come back and hopefully not for business.

Beware of SOLE NOBLE HOUSE !
Pros:

The room I was shown in my reservation is not what i got when we arrived at the hotel . It was super small , lights didnt work , bathroom very outdated and tub was dirty. The knob for the sink in BR was broken .There was a small closet in the room but was half way blocked by side table next to the bed …The host did not reply to my messages after we checked in . The hotel staff was nonchalant about our concerns. I can say the valet service was great! I will be visiting Sunny Isles again but definitely WILL NOT BE STAYING AT SOLE’s !!!

No water in the room!
Pros:

I was there for 7 days on Saturday night we lost water for 8 hours no water whatsoever you couldn’t flush the toilet or wash your hands, I called the front desk they told me to go to the 5th floor to shower and go to the bathroom. Come on your paying more than 3 thousand for this to happen and your on vacation in the states you can do better! I was staying in the 23rd floor the struggle was real for me to go up and down to the 5th floor to use the restroom. They told me the manager was going to call me till this day nothing I haven’t heard from them. Never again Solé !

Great Location, But Serious Sanitation and Maintenance Issues
Pros:

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience — serious maintenance and sanitation concerns.

We stayed at Solé Miami with our family for 4 nights. The location and beach access are great, but unfortunately the property condition and management response were far below expectations.

The biggest concern was sanitation. We saw multiple rodents around the pool bar area, including near the counter and utensils area where food and drinks are served. My daughter had already consumed food and a drink from this same area before we noticed the issue, which was very concerning for us as parents.

We reported the situation during our stay. Hotels.com contacted the property regarding the issue, but the hotel did not provide any resolution or compensation.

Beyond this, the property needs significant maintenance. We noticed rust, deteriorated structures, peeling paint, areas that appear neglected, and overall lack of proper upkeep.

The room comfort was also disappointing. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sinking in the middle, with very little support left.

For a stay costing over $1,500 for four nights, plus additional resort fees, parking, and food/beverage expenses, this was not the standard we expected.

Beautiful location, but the property needs urgent attention to sanitation, maintenance, and guest experience.
