Pros:

When I reserved the room it just say that it included a coffee machine, but it included a full kitchen with refrigerator that was really useful to have some self made room breakfasts

Cons:

The only issue (if that counts as an issue) was that for most of my stay days, one of the three elevators didn't work and for a full hotel at some points waiting for it and seeing it stop full was frustrating.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Bom custo X beneficio. Não tem café da manhã atende ao que eu precisava confortavelmente. Porém instalações antigas.
Pros:

A acomodação era 1 apartamento com 2 quartos + cozinha e sala estar. Porém faltou uma pequena mesa de jantar.

Cons:

O chuveiro do banheiro era de teto centralizado e o Box tipo para ducha (só parte fixa sem porta) vazava água para fora molhando o piso em todos os banhos

Satisfied with our stay, just a couple tweaks.
Pros:

Great hotel to stay at, the cleanliness was consistent daily, the hotel is located in a safe area with plenty of options around for cafes, restaurants, grocery, and easy access to public transit as well. The staff is always ready to help. One thing that was disappointing is their 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels per room policy, we travelled with 3 people and were not allowed 3 towels because of said policy, I’d advise the hotel to look into changing this. Our room was connected to another as well so we could hear our neighbours at night being very loud unfortunately. The restaurant service was good, the food is mediocre but beach service for drinks was satisfactory. They had a nice gym with new equipment and a renovated sauna area. The front desk made check in and check out efficient and were always on call when we needed something for the room. Overall a lovely and lively beachfront hotel, it was family friendly and had a great view. I would stay here again, hopefully the beach policy having been changed.

Just awesome
Pros:

We just wrapped up a 4-day stay at Sole Miami and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The resort itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right on the beach. The beach setup was one of the highlights for us: easy access, comfortable chairs, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it very easy to unwind.
What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable.
A special thank you to Juan Carlos, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail and positive attitude did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our experience.
All in all, this was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were hoping for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sole Miami to anyone looking for a great beachfront stay in Sunny Isles.

Great location that needs a refresh.
Pros:

Folks who work here are very nice. We had a corner room with large balcony and ocean front. However the elevators are really inadequate for number of rooms. You can wait and wait and eventually walk up the steps. The beach services ran out of towels twice. And finally our room was carpeted. The carpet needs either very deep clean or remove it and replace with something more suitable for hotel traffic. Our feet got dirty just walking around.

Welcoming and fun. Beautiful restaurant for breakfast with great food and a varied menu.
The beach is lovely and the hotel is accessible to not great restaurants and shops.
