Convenient location, comfortable accommodation- would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but tasty, room was clean and cosy, bed was firm and comfortable. Location of the hotel was also extremely convenient, we could travel around Batam easily. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, always smiling and greeting everyone.

Great value, conveniently located.
Pros:

Rooms were great for its price. Hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk away from the mall. Staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Will be back again. Going to sign up for membership.
Pros:

The breakfast spread was delicious and ample, and the restaurant staff were top-notch.
Rooms very clean and in good condition.
Hotel personal very attentive and friendly.
Communication was no problem.

I didn't find nothing to dislike.

Hotel staff is friendly
The guy that assists us with the luggage actually helped us when we wanted to go somewhere else before heading back to the terminal. With his advice, it actually saved us some time.

The room shower head is to high and the bath room while showering the water overflow to the toilet floor .
Especially safety for senior or elderly folks .

Exceptional staffs but more to improve.
Pros:

The location is superb. Just beside grand mall. Staffs were excellent.

Cons:

The road noise with the honking as hotel is just beside a U-turn junction.
No swimming pool so families with kids please take note.
Breakfast same for all 4 days. Please change.
