Overall is okay!
Pros:

The welcoming staff who are friendly, even left a handwritten note to express their appreciation for our stay.
And also the big king sized bed!

Cons:

We experienced three short circuits during our stay. They recovered within 1-2 minutes.
My travel partner also mentioned that the pillow is not comfortable.

Convenient location, comfortable accommodation- would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but tasty, room was clean and cosy, bed was firm and comfortable. Location of the hotel was also extremely convenient, we could travel around Batam easily. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, always smiling and greeting everyone.

Rooms were great for its price. Hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk away from the mall. Staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent.
