Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, genauso wie die Lage des Hotels. Schlecht war, das man im Zimmer die Fenster nicht zum Lüften öffnen durfte. Das durfte nur durch eine Hausdame gemacht werden wenn man nicht im Zimmer war. Nachts lüften war also nicht möglich. Das Bad hatte scheinbar gar keine Lüftung.

Good location. Well equipped.

Cons:

Our train was delayed. I sent a message but got no reply. I phoned 3 times but no answer. By the time we got to Vienna the website said that the hotel was closed and as no staff answered the phone there was no point taking a taxi to a closed hotel with no staff on duty so we had to book a hotel by the station.

Prima hotel om de stad te verkennen
Pros:

Ligging was prima. Makkelijk bij de metro of tram. En bij de witte fietsen. Super handig. Supermarkt vlakbij. Geen ontbijt in hotel nodig. Kleine keuken voldeed.

Cons:

Enig minpuntje was de kamer aan binnenkant van het hotel. Je voelt je opgesloten. Volgende keer kamer met een raam. Naar de straat.

non si poteva aprire la finestra per regole anti incendio, e lo abbiamo capito.
Il problema era che non funzionava la ventilazione e nemmeno l'aria condizionata. Asfissiante.

Lage und Anbindung ÖV und Innenstadtnähe TOP.

Cons:

Viel zu wenig passable Frühstückstische mit einer Grösse die für ein Frühstück angemessen wären.
Bei etwas grösseren Andrang am Morgen Plätze sehr rar und Kaffee Automat überfordert. Auswahl war ok.... aber auch hier in allem bei etwas Andrang halt auf "Kante".

Très satisfait de cet hôtel qui nous a permis un excellent séjour à Vienne pour une première fois.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement de l'Hôtel : proche du train express/navette (10 minutes de marche) pour rejoindre l'aéroport, ligne de tram et métro très proche aussi pour rejoindre plus rapidement le centre ville, qui reste accessible en 20 minutes de marche. Il y a des supermarchés rapidement accessible si besoin pour se restaurer dans l'appartement.
Le petit-déj sur place est de qualité ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel pour celui-ci.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es gab ausreichend Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Zimmertemperatur konnte nicht eingestellt werden und war relativ hoch (und das für Anfang Mai).
Die Verschraubung vom Bett mit dem Schrank war unvorteilhaft, da es bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gab. Das Personal war bemüht, konnte aber nicht wirklich helfen.
Das Frühstück im Hotel ist für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. (Keine Ahnung von wann die Frühstücksfotos im Internet als auch im Fahrstuhl stammen.?) Die Frühstücksfrau war freundlich bemüht, aber aufgrund von Personalmangel total überfordert und viele Dinge waren schon eine Stunde vor Ende alle.

Property advertised as early check-in being an option - this was not possible.

On day of arrival there was nobody at the ‘24/7 reception’ which was another false promise. I found someone after walking around the hotel and she told me to wait 5 minutes whilst she cleaned some tables in the dining area which was completely empty and not being used.

The air con didn’t work properly and the receptionist said there’s nothing that can be done as there were no free rooms.

The beds are super uncomfortable and only one pillow each.

They don’t replace towels and charge guests if they need another towel. It was a very hot weekend whilst we were there and I needed to shower a couple of times a day. My towel was used 6 times and never properly dry and didn’t get replaced which was gross!

There are better hotels at the same price available. I had to book this as a last resort due to last minute change in plans
