Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,κοντά στο κέντρο ,σε ήσυχο δρόμο .Ευκολη πρόσβαση σε ΜΜΕ,αν και δεν είναι αναγκαία γιατί με 15-20 λεπτά περπάτημα φτάνεις σε κεντρικά αξιοθέατα οπως ο ναός του Αγίου Στεφάνου .Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετο και φωτεινό .Πολυ εξυπηρετικό και το προσωπικό .

Cons:

Μοναδικο μειονέκτημα η έλλειψη τακτικής καθαριότητας.

Good location and facilities. Clean.

Cons:

Very hot room, AC was not working at all and not allowed to open windows … all this meant the room was like a sauna!

Beds very hard too!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war so geräumig, mit einer eigenen Küche und auch einem großen, schönen Bad. Das Bett war toll und die Möbel alle sehr schön. Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich. Toll, dass es Snacks zu kaufen gibt in der Lobby

Very uncomfortable stay - window unable to open and no air con!
Pros:

We loved the location of the property as it was right beside a tram stop. The reception area was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We were also able to get drinks for our room which was a nice extra. Our room was nice with a full equipped kitchen, very clean and a spacious and modern bathroom.

Cons:

We were unpleasantly surprised that our room also came with the use of a sauna… We couldn’t open the window as it was a fire safety window facing the courtyard. We found out all courtyard facing rooms which are naturally cheaper do not have working windows for guests to use, only cleaning staff. As it was Winter season we weren’t allowed to use the air conditioning so the room was extremely hot and stuffy! Our only option was to leave our key with reception for the window to be opened between 9 and 3 however, this really didn’t do anything to improve the comfort of the room. We actually had to leave the door open to the corridor to let air in for a couple hours during the night which is just ridiculous and didn’t feel safe but we had no other option. We tried to upgrade but were told they were fully booked and to be honest you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a room that has a working window. ‘Winter’ season does not mean it is a low temperature at the end of March. From what I have researched, every year at this time of the year, it is around the 16/17/18 degree temperatures so to not be able to use the air conditioning because it is ‘Winter’ and not have a working window is just inhumane. This significantly ruined our stay. If you are staying during the so called ‘Winter’ season, ensure you get a room with a working window, that’s all I will say. The beds were also extremely hard. It was a good job we were wrecked after long days and were able to sleep quickly because otherwise we would have been up all night from the stuffy 30 degree room and rock hard beds…

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ωραία διακόσμηση, ήταν ευρύχωρο και και πληρως εξοπλησμενο κουζινακι (φουρνος μικροκυμάτων και πλυν/ριο πιατων)που μπορούσες να φτιάξεις φαγητο.

Cons:

Δεν ειχε καθόλου θέα και τα παράθυρα που βλέπανε ακάλυπτο χωρο δεν μπορούσαμε να τα ανοίξουμε εμείς αλλα μόνο το προσωπικό όταν εμείς λείπαμε.
