Tolles Hotel mit super Service und zuvorkommenden Personal. Toller Wellness Bereich und schöne ruhige Zimmer. 1a um einfach mal abzuschalten, sich zu entspannen und die Akkus wieder aufladen.

Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions.
The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well.
We will be returning to this fine establishment!

Pros:

Beautiful location in the Kitzbühel Alps in Austria. The hotel has everything you need for your vacation og one night stayover.

The rooms offer a lot of comfort and space. The staff is very helpful and kind.

In the pool and spa area you can relax and use the best facilities. Especially swimming in the pool with the mountain backdrop is something special.

Absolutely best recommendation for everything about Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol.

Pros:

Nach der Buchung Anruf im Hotel, um noch ein paar Dinge zu klären- wir haben 3 kleine, ein großes Kind und einen Hund, ein Kind hatte dann auch noch Geburtstag - laut Rezeption kein Problem. Bei Ankunft war fast nichts vorbereitet. Keine Hundeutensilien, keine Besteck oder Ähnliches in der Küchenzeile, das Personal sprach selten deutsch und verstand auch Englisch nicht immer. Beim Frühstück war die Qualität und Menge deutlich eingeschränkt zum Vorbesuch, das Personal wirkte eher lustlos mit einigen sehr positiven Ausnahmen.
Der SPA-Bereich hat zwar jetzt 7 Sterne Preise, qualitativ eher 3 Sterne - wenige Minuten vor Termin war niemand im SPA oder Schwimmbadbereich, nur Massage und keine Wellness-Anwendungen.
Auch kennen wir von anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse, dass beim Einzug ein persönliches Schreiben auf dem Tisch liegt, wo u.a. eben auch die Anwendungen mit den Zeiten aufgelistet sind. Als Reminder wirklich angenehm.
Beim Frühstück war es dann so, dass es freie Platzwahl gab, aber nur zwei Tische vorbereitet gewesen sind für eine größere Personenanzahl (wir waren ja zu sechst). Man weiß doch wieviele größere Gruppen derzeit da sind, könnte man entsprechend nicht etwas vorbereiten/vorhalten?
Im Restaurant wurde ein zerbrochenes Glas erst nach mehrfacher Intervention entfernt, eine Mutter hatte sich nach mehrfacher Beschwerde dann selbst ein Feger und Kehrblech besorgt……
Also vieles recht unpersönlich, lieblos und dem Anspruch eines solchen Hotels nicht angemessen.

Erwartung war zu Hoch!

Das Zimmer war sauber und nett. Das Personal war freundlich, aber einfach zu langsam. Wir waren 6 Personen auf der Terrasse und warteten über 15 Minuten bis eine Bedinung uns fragte, obwohl diese schon mehrere male an uns vorbei ging. Wie auch beim Morgen Kaffee. Die Wartezeiten zerrten an den Nerven. Im Saunabereich waren die Kinder (ca. 5 - 7 J.) der Gäste unterwegs, diese öffneten die Saunatüren und gingen wieder bei geöffneter Tür. Einfach untragbar. Dies sollte ein Adult only Bereich sein und auch so den Gästen kommuniziert und nicht vom Personal belächelt werden.

Te eine Änderung an der Buchung vornehmen. Das Hotel selbst ist nicht zu erreichen. Man landet an einem Call Center, die einem erklären wollen, sie wären in Kotzbühel selbst, was schlichtweg eine Lüge ist

Unser Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol war einfach super! Tolle Zimmer, mega Ausblick auf die Berge und ein richtig herzliches Team, das uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Frühstück und Essen waren top, der Spa-Bereich auch. Perfekte Lage.

Pros:

Really disappointing stay. Were were guaranteed early check in and late check out by Hotels.com however the hotel refused to offer that even though they were empty and denied that it was a benefit. Additionally, they said they had ‘no idea’ what the resort credit was. The hotel was really overpriced for what it was and the staff were really unhelpful.
