The Grand Magrath Hotel

Large rooms. Simple set up. Elegant. Great location. Bfast location on the top floor is super. Overall nice touch.

Hotel in good location and facilities and cleanliness good. The restaurant and bar service was poor.

I cannot fault my stay at the Grand Magrath. The staff were friendly and eager to help, especially as my luggage got lost on the way to Bengaluru – the team fielded calls from the airline and helped me with places to pick up new clothes. The room was very well appointed and breakfast was also excellent on the shady rooftop restaurant. Will come back when I am next in town.

The location of the property was good. easy access to MG Road, Commercial Street and Garuda Mall.
The staff were very polite and attentive. The breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The hotel can have better quality towels. I will visit again.

Good Indian style business hotel (which is a bit different to the international chains), one of the better ones I've stayed in. Spacious, clean room; decent breakfast (Indian and western styles, including egg and dosa stations); efficient and friendly service; close to Brigade Road and MG Road. Would happily stay there again.

Service terrible. House keeping is very unresponsive. Extra bed ordered online was given only after 4 reminders. Towel was not given even after reminder. No hot water. They forgot to switch it on Was the answer. Some items in Complimentary breakfast was stale.

Except for one small incident I had a great stay, very comfortable. The location is good and for an Indian city, quiet, I had a view of greenery from my window, which is nice for a change.

The stay in general was fine. we did not spend much time at the hotel. However travellers be aware of additional charges they put on your bill. We had taken rooms with breakfast included, but they charged us for breakfast. Also, we were told at the time of checkout that Expedia had charged us a lot more than what they would have charged had we booked directly with them. I was very disappointed with the billing and price for this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic ! Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast at the terrace gave a calm feeling which felt really good. The roomd are set up really well. The free wifi came in handy as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel!

The hotel is not comfortable. The rooms are dusty the furniture is dusty and damp. Every night there was an event at the ballroom the noise and the music would be so loud in the rooms until 1 am or more. Being there with an infant is just terrible. The wifi information changed every 24 hours and we had to keep calling for it. The Indian a la carte food from room service was not so bad but the 24 hrs snacks options were terrible. And the prices were on the high side. Overall it wasn't a good experience. The morning breakfast buffet was good.
