Food was excellent. Waiter service courtius.

My problem was not with the hotel, but with you: hotels.com. You advertised that the hotel provided free collection from the airport, but when I tried to book this via your site, no one got back to me. Upon asking, the hotel said they do not provide such a service. Your site is misleading in this regard. The hotel itself was very good.

Their advertised WiFi is not as good as they claim on Expedia. I had to wait for a day for them to fix the issue. Room was small and congested.

excellect location of the property but HORRIBLE hotel and no where near a 4 start on any front....room did not have fresh sheets...toilet was soiled...food was also not good

Best Choice for Business Stays, Purely South Indian Breakfast though but every single Dish was So Delicious, Blissful Coffee Made My Day Even Energetic , Rooms are Spacious enough to accommodate 2 , Working Desk With Wired Internet Was an added benefit for Continuous Connectivity with work, Friendly Staffs and Blissful Ambient , Makes you feel Home Even Far from Home. Definitely a wise choice for the business stay with reasonably priced tariff. i enjoyed every single day of my stay and shall recommended my colleagues and family as well if their stay happens at Bangalore

*warning- fraud alert**. Hotel was to be prepaid but they said my credit card was declined. Per my card they tried to process my card. However, when I arrived and I used google pay with my card. I taped for Rs.14,343 as was displayed on the card machine. Their machine later forced it into a foreign currency USD, with out my permission. They also charged me a 7.99% foreign currency fee. Their credit card machine will read the amount in Indian Rupee but will bill you in USD! This cost me RS 1,145 extra or $13.50 USD. What a rip off!!! Rooms are just ok and a little run down. Breakfast is a 2 stars. This place is 2 stars at best not the 4 star as advertised.

4. Convenient location-The hotel was within the Bangalore City and reachable to all popular landmarks
5. The service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable

I have been staying in lot of hotels but first time I tried this hotel. The entire experience has been extremely pleasant. Especially loved there breakfast spread with south indian touch. The staff are extremely cordial. Service was fantastic with detailed rooms maintanence was neat and clean with best housekeeping around. Overall it was the best experience in Bangalore for business travellers. I would recommed this hotel for future travellers.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Total lies, what you see on the net is not what it is. The room is full of mold. You can’t breathe. I paid for 4 nights and ran away the next morning after staying one night with no choice. Very dirty and the pictures on the internet is deceiving. See my pictures taken. I work in hotels and this is not the standard. I am shocked. Health and Safety Hazard. I booked through third party website and will call my credit card company for full refund. Paid $300 Canadian in total, should have stayed on the street instead. Horrible experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangalore and was thoroughly impressed. The interiors are stunning—beautifully designed with a contemporary, soothing, and stylish aesthetic. The designer’s work is truly commendable. The food was also excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was outstanding. With an upcoming meeting in the area, I’m definitely planning to book this hotel again.

This was my worst hotel experience I had in life. The hotel was like haunted house no light in the front office. To be honest on what basis this hotel was given 4 star is not understood. We have booked city view room but the view was not city view. We booked 3 adults and we have given two bed and one small sofa. The curtains was torn one. The bedsheets were all stained we asked for replacement, worser sheet were brought. The key holder was broken one.We were struggling to open the doors. The bathroom shower was not working properly we had to make adjustments in using it by simply touching it the complete came off. The selection of food was poor. The front office boy didn't know anything when we asked we want take away box of, since we cannot have breakfast in the morning we have a meeting to attend he said no. When morning I asked a lady there is but we were already late for the meeting. There was no option of swap meal also that to in four star Hotel. They don't have some basic nesscary things like icepack when we called the front office they didn't have. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Magical experience

I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying.

One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome.

However, I did notice that the lobby and reception area could use some improvement. The carpet in these areas needs cleaning, and enhancing the ambiance would greatly benefit the overall impression of the hotel.

Despite this, I would still recommend Elanza Hotel for its excellent rooms and hospitality.

Wonderful luxurious rooms awesome great quality breakfast with fresh fruits and juices courteous staff overall rooms are very nice with lot of interior design which will make ur stay memorable. Air condition is of high quality to hotest climat never in Bangalore which i came across room service is quick and housekeeping is decent overall service is quite good compared to other hotels highly recommend place for couples families and solo travellers.

I had a amazing stay at the Elanza hotel bengaluru.home way from home you can say in terms of warmth comfort service and safety the rooms are clean very very clean and pillows are magical room service and front office staffs are attentive and friendly and helpful I had a pleasant stay with professional staff and very sweet too hope to come back soon for my next visit

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE FRONT DESK. The front desk person told me to wait. I waited for more than 10 minutes. I just wanted to see the rooms before booking... I had a Very Bad Experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone... he was not willing to explain anything about the room...

Perfect room bed pillow and bed sheet was very clean and soft. Good service by reception and housekeeping staff. Restaurant was also good with south and north Indian dishes. Room was clean and ambience was good. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure purposes
