Nice hotel in the center of Prague
Pros:

Location and breakfasts were great, rooms were clean, this hotel in the center offers pleasant privacy. Nothing to complain about when it comes to accomodation.

Cons:

The end of the stay and payment were unpleasant. At check-in and check-out, two receptionists independently confirmed to me that everything was paid and we said goodbye each other - but after returning, the hotel wrote to me that I had not paid for the stay. Since I made the reservation more than a year ago for an event that I had specially traveled to Prague for, I did not remember the form of payment (I travel often, I do not keep everything in my head). After checking my payments for the last year, of course, I paid everything additionally - but the unpleasant feeling about this hotel remained with me. Moreover, no one even apologized to me for this amateurism and disorder in internal processes that put the customer in an uncomfortable position (they see it is paid even though it is not … how come??). I will definitely avoid them in the future for this reason.

Camere molto pulite e posizione della struttura.

Un po' di freddezza da alcuni (non tutti) dei membri dello staff, soprattutto i più giovani. Ma nulla di grave.

Pros:

Это наш любимый отель в Праге. Очень чисто, очень комфортно, близко к старому городу. Прекрасный завтрак - есть даже микрогрин и гречка. Вкусный кофе. Самое главное - очень тихая улица и прекрасно тихо вид во внутренний дворик. Удобная постель, отличные подушки и пуховые одеяла.

Cons:

Мне не хватало спортзала очень. И в номере было жарко, несмотря на открытое окно и холод на улице. У нас не получилось включить кондиционер на охлаждение

Spent 3 nights and 4 days in Prague which is a lovely city and this hotel is located in a perfect spot.
Pros:

In a great location, all of the staff were lovely and really helpful. Nice and clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Great breakfast
