Soggiorno perfetto! Hotel bellissimo, pulizia impeccabile e staff straordinario.
Pros:

Hotel semplicemente meraviglioso! La pulizia è eccezionale in ogni angolo della struttura e le camere sono bellissime, curatissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Ma il vero punto di forza è lo staff: l'attenzione al cliente è a livelli altissimi. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con il sorriso. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Se cercate un soggiorno perfetto a Praga, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pěkný hotel nedaleko centra.
Bohužel jsme v hotelu strávili pouze jednu noc ze tří. Hotel jsme z důvodu velkého pozaru na terase hotelu museli opustit.

Cons:

Personal na recepci nemluvil česky, což je smutné.

Pobyt v tomto hoteli k maximálnej spokojnosti.Veľmi chválim servis na raňajkách,jak obsluha ,tak čistota , tak ponuka raňajok. Izba čistá komfortná ,chválim chyžnú ,chválim recepciu . Odporúčam tento hotel,lebo často sa ma pýtajú ,ktorý by som odporúčala ,ak niekto cestuje do Prahy .
