Great location. Super breakfast.
I booked 1 double and 1 twin room 5 months before the arrival and also asked them to confirm the availability of the twin room a few days ago the arrival which was confirmed. But on our arrival we were informed that there was no availability of a twin room. There are no slippers, shower caps etc.

Hotel in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro ma non nel caos della zona più turistica. Ottima e varia la colazione intercontinentale.
L'hotel, inoltre, è molto vicino ad un ristorante tipico che si chiama U' Sadu e propone ottima carne e piatti tipici a prezzi decisamente competitivi rispetto ai locali turistici.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'aria condizionata per alcuni giorni e sono riusciti a risolvere il problema solo il giorno prima della partenza.

Location and we have been upgraded to suite
The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Prague.
The room itself was very clean and comfy.
The hotel staff was really helpful with any questions or requests we had.
The bathtub in the room is a bit high for a short person, so I had to hold the towel hanger in order to get out safely.
Top Hotel in super zentraler Lage, dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, da in einer Seitenstraße angesiedelt, perfektes reichhaltiges Frühstück. -Wir kommen wieder!
