Muhteşem güvenilir keyifli bir tatildi .
Pros:

Tesisin konumu ,temizliği ,kahvaltısı , çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü denildiği kadar varmış .Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Beğenmediğim bir yönü yoktu .Ama odalarda banyoda terlik olabilirdi.Biz yanımızda getirmiştik arkadaşlarımız söylemişti .

posizione e colazione top!
Pros:

hotel molto bello, specialmente all'ingresso, spettacolare, posizione ottima, in 5 minuti a piedi sei in centro e comunque in una zona molto servita da ristoranti, bar, ecc. Camere pulite, grandi il giusto, molto silenziose con doppia finestra, kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato (the vari, caffè, bollitore, 3 bottiglie di acqua, set per il bagno utilissimi), staff quasi tutto gentile e premuroso, colazione top! varia, abbondante e sempre rifornita.

Cons:

il bagno non finestrato e con una vasca scomoda per la doccia, anche pericolosa, con bordo troppo alto e nessuna maniglia per uscire.., sistema di condizionamento terribile! è centralizzato e dipende dalla temperatura esterna, per cui se fuori fa caldo in automatico quando si esce dalla stanza parte l'aria condizionata, ma non faceva così caldo e ci siamo letteralmente ghiacciati per tre notti!!! impossibile da regolare la temperatura autonomamente, o on o off! inaccettabile questo! Disguido per la richiesta della bag per la colazione dell'ultimo giorno, in cui avevamo la partenza alle 6 am: parlato il giorno prima con la signorina ed accordato di farcela trovare in reception al mattino, specificato anche allergie e cosa mettere, la mattina dopo arriviamo e non c'era NULLA DI PRONTO! Evidentemente la signorina si è dimenticata di segnalare....abbiamo dovuto pregare almeno una bottiglia di acqua che ci è stata "concessa"....rapporto qualità prezzo per queste cose secondo me troppo alto....per 150€ a notte a testa doveva essere migliore in toto!

Pros:

Aamiainen oli aivan mahtava! Suolaista, makeaa, kaikenlaista.
Hotellin sijainti on keskeinen, melko lyhyt matka esimerkiksi joen rannalle tai Kaarlen sillalle. Aivan vieressä on ostoskeskus, josta löytyy tyyliin kaikkea mahdollista.
Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, ja heitä on riittävästi. Tervehtivät saapuessaan hotelliin ja poistuessa sieltä.
Vuode oli pehmeä, huone siisti, siivouksen taso hyvä.
Ulkoa ei kuulunut meteliä huoneeseen.

Es war eine Freude, wie bereits mehrere Male zuvor, Gast in diesem schönen Hotel gewesen zu sein.
Pros:

Der Service in der Hotelbar am 01/05/2026 war sehr gut. Der junge Mann von den Vortagen war nicht dabei. Die Crush-Eis-Maschine funktionierte offensichtlich wieder.

Cons:

Der Service in der Hotelbar am 29. und am 30.04.2026 war nicht sehr gut. Angeblich war die Crush-Eis Maschine "kaputt" und daher konnte uns der junge Mann keinen Cocktail machen. Andere Cocktail konnte er jedoch anbieten. Auch waren verschiedenen Getränke auf der Karte nicht verfügbar.
