We had a suite which was very spacious and with a massive bathroom. and a small study. The bedroom was also very spacious with 2 large sofas, and a TV.
Extremely healthy breakfast menu, great breads and staff very obliging for out of the box requirements.
There were couple of Vegan dishes in the restaurant menu and were cery good too.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff did not understand English very well and there were some mix up initially. Resolved by front desk.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr komfortabel modernisiertes ehemaliges Kloster in top Lage.
Das Personal ist perfekt geschult und immer zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert.

Cons:

In den Zimmern ist es kalt. Wenn man die Heizung aufdreht, bläst es nur stärker kalte Luft.
Das hat einiges an Behaglichkeit missen lassen

A fabulous place and a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Location is superb, Concierge staff were super helpful, the room and the hotel itself has an old world charm with all the modern facilities. The view from the room was awesome as well and the room spacious, peaceful and elegant. Shower etc are all very well balanced.

Cons:

Nothing much i can think of.

A mundane conference trip was transformed in to a lovely memory by staying at this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The location is a stone's thrown from Charles Bridge, with all the 'touristy' attractions, plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff couldn't have been more polite, accommodating or helpful. The property is steeped in Augustine history and I particularly enjoyed the tour of the chapel and the 16th/17th century books. You can drink the monks' beer (monks clearly get all the good stuff) in the monks' bar, which is quite ironically decorated with a very large illuminated picture of Debbie Harry! Every room is unique and sympathetically decorated to the style and layout of the building. This place is a real gem, if you don't stop here you are missing out!

Cons:

I have nothing negative at all to write. The spa was under reconstruction at the time but that was a minor issue.
