Pros:

Das Hotel könnte in Teilen eine Renovierung vertragen. Wenig englisch sprechendes Personal aber das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und liebenswürdig. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist schwierig, zumindest wenn man kein chinesisch kann aber insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

It was really nice, the property, its staff, breakfast etc all really nice. The kitchen closes -- and not 24hrs, so that was sometimes difficult, not getting food later in the day.

The rooms were very nice and big, we had a lot of space for the family.

Cons:

The rooms were quite old, a bit smelly and not so well maintained. Corona has had an impact here it seems.

Pros:

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 years and every time has been great. It is very clean, the staff is very attentive, despite the language difference and the breakfast buffet is excellent. A wonderful value for the money, for sure.

Pros:

平均して年齢的にも若いスタッフですが、一生懸命に対応してくれて、気分も良く英語も通じない国でいろいろ助かりました。裁縫道具や、アイロンを貸し出したり、生活面でいろいろ質問しましたが、全て丁寧に対応してくれました。こういうスタッフには、手当を割り増しにして、長く勤められる待遇にしてほしいです。

Pros:

Although we arrived very late, the staff was pleasant! However, they told us nothing about where the buffet was located and we missed it. The tap water I used just to brush my teeth made me terribly sick with stomach cramping, dry heaves, sweating and diarrhea. Our room was not clean. The bathroom walls were dirty with some substance, the tea cup had unknown brown liquid in it. There was water in the tea kettle. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Knock Your Expectations Half a Notch
Pros:

Whatever expectations you have, take then down about half a notch. The hotel is good, but left me wanting. The rooms look somewhat tired and the decor is outdated. The hallways are dark and sad. Also, I had a couple of negative run-ins with service staff that left a sour taste in my mouth. Plus, the hotel is really far away from anything interesting. Adequate seems to be the only word that comes to mind. WiFi was strong; no cable channels (they said they canceled their subscription but didn't update their information); coffee apparently is NOT included in a deluxe room; breakfast was ordinary and most items were cold; good looking pools but they open at 3pm. Just nothing too glamorous for all the boasting.
