The hotel overcharged us for things that should have been covered. Better places to stay around.

Quiet good service

This was the worst staying in the hotel that I have a half

la habitación tenia goteras en el tumbado y el baño mucha humedad.

Near everything but not in the middle of everything. Quiet street, and beautiful surroundings!
Staff was very attentive. For the price, the place was great, the pool was awesome and the food was good (small servings, but that's common in the area).

The only thing that's going for this place is the pool.

Location is excellent if you enjoy peace & quiet. Very close to everything you’ll want: restaurants, bars, banks, groceries, the beach. Check in was a breeze. Room overlooked the pool and was clean, had hot water, good ac and a mini fridge. Pool area is lovely except for the hard-as-rocks S-shaped lounge chairs. Opt for a table instead. Check out also a breeze. Professional & friendly staff too!! Walkable area at night with easy access to taxi’s to/from Old town & Getsemani.
Note with the hot/cold water: you only get one at a time which made showers a bit dangerous because the hot is boiling.

The place was convenient walking distance from the beach it’s served it’s purpose front desk were very helpful being from the US they set up the Covid test rapid results in less than two hours staff was super friendly really wasn’t a language barrier between American and Spanish I highly recommend great price convenient I had no issues

The best client service in Cartagena!. The hotel is well located. I love the pool. Amazing breakfast.

I could not sleep at night because of loud music from the club across the hotel. The traffic in the street is equally loud. On Saturday, there were a group of men blasting their music from outside the hotel until 5am. Clearly, the hotel has very bad sound insulation. If you plan to get a night sleep then dont stay here.

The safe is outdated, the AC unit is outdated and runs without ever stopping. And this humming adds to outside noise to make it a nightly Sonic torture. If you plan to sleep at night, dont stay here.

The place is very clean however. The staff is nice and helpful.

I had a good stay

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly and always had a smile.

I had problems from the beginning with the hotel manager, an old bad tempered woman, and the desk check in person, also an old woman. The room I checked into was filthy and the shower had only two settings. Cold and scalding hot. No in between. The toilet also did not flush and the A/C was stuck on one position. When I brought this to the attention of the woman at the desk she said she would get to it later. I ask to speak to the manager and she came to the front and the two had a quick conversation in Spanish that I did not understand and then the manager turned to me with a rude and aggressive behavior telling me that this was not the United States and that I would have to learn to accept things the way they were. I could not believe this and asked if I could cancel my reservation and I would go to a different hotel. She pulled out my reservation and preceeded to waive it in my face and laughed saying that I could leave whenever I wanted but that since I used Expedia the money was not refundable and they would keep the money even if I left. Even the desk lady had a smile at her managers actions and words. This was just within the first hours of my arrival things were worse over the next four days. Any request was met with a sideways glance and huff and I eventually stopped asking for anything and just counted the days to leave that horrible hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

I have never been treated this way and I have traveled the world and stayed at countless hotels.
