We had a long waiting time at the reception for check-in, which was frustrating. The swimming pool was very crowded, with many kids, and some of them were even eating inside the pool, which did not feel hygienic.

The dinner was too expensive at 45 da per person. For a family of four, this is far too high, especially since we can have a full meal for the same amount in a restaurant outside.

I walked in, took one look at the place and contacted hotels.com to tequest a refund (the refused) so i just lost my money and booked somewhere else. The place is a disgrace. Overrun

Stayed here for 7days, very clean property, staff were great and walking distance to all the main attractions. Would Definitely recommend!

C’était très bien mis à part qu’il faut payer les transats et prendre sa place dès le matin, trop d’attente à la réception pour notre part plus 1h.

The place is nice with beautiful garden and swimming pool.
The DJ music is too loud near the pool especially nobody is dansing with it. I would suggest to change the music style if it's a quiet night, and make a DJ if lots people around.
I did not like the sofa bed for the 3rd person, it's really too small and not comfortable.
The shower sometimes had no hot water, I had twice cold shower.
Be careful: no towel, toothbrush or tooh paste...no.cleaning service or add shower gel / toilet paper etc. during the stay. Wehad to buy on a shop by ourselves.

De passage pour une nuit mais je garde l’adresse pour un plus long séjour sans hésiter

Les réceptionnistes saliha et Rachida sont très désagréables, si je commence à raconter la mauvaise expérience vous allez être choqué. Le clan de la réception qui sali l’image de l’établissement.. nous avons même subi un chantage de la part de ces deux femmes..

Ottima piscina,specialmente quella per bambini.
Tutto nelle vicinanze,dal supermercato al ristorante di lusso.
Personale gentile tranne gli addetti al servizio piscina.
Ottimo per trascorrere massimo una settimana.

Séjour agréable, appartement propre, climatisation salon et dans les chambres rien à dire parfait satisfait

Con quei prezzi alti potevano aggiungere la colazione compressi nel prezzo.

Un peu déçue à l'arrivée acceuil long et appartement en étage avec défaut de clim et quelques petites imperfections mais le.personnel a été à notre écoute nous avons eu la possibilité de changer d'appartement dès le lendemain.
Personneltoujours souriant et appartement et extérieurs bien entretenue.
Un peu déçue de la piscine ouverte de 10h a 18h et beaucoup plus petite que le rendue sur les photos du site , dommage aussi de devoir louer les transats 2 dinars ( 30 cts) par transats et par jrs le linge de toulette et fournit mais payant ( 5 dinars/ par serviette )
Pas de machine a laver ni laverie il faut dema.der a laver notre linge celui et paynt et par type et nombres de pièces ...mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.
