Pros:

畳敷きで低めのクッションベッドで、下に座ることもできて快適でした。
もちろん部屋も綺麗で宍道湖も見られて大満足！
しいて言うなら、お風呂が別館だったくらいで、隣なので問題なし。
今回初めての利用で連泊しましたが、言うことありません。
また、松江に来ることがあったら、もう一度必ず泊まります。
ありがとうございました🙇

Pros:

The hot baths were lovely, and the breakfast, and the welcome at front desk.

Cons:

There such a thing as a small room, but my room was too small - no cupboards, one thin drawer, no shelves, no floorspace.

良かった。
Pros:

立地が良く綺麗なホテルでした。
スタッフも丁寧で優しかったです。

Cons:

備え付けの棚の取手が外れていたのと、ホテルの周りにたくさんゴミが落ちていたのですが、宿泊をしている間ずっと掃除されていなかったのが残念でした。

Pros:

ロケーションは市内を観光するには便利な場所だった
宍道湖が望める大浴場が利用できた。

Cons:

Single とはいえ、部屋が狭すぎる。　ベッド以外に小さなソファが置けるくらいの広さが欲しい。　一白だったら気にならなかったかも知れないが、今回3泊したので余計そう思った。　
本館の建物、外観は新しいようだがエレベーターの中などかなり汚れて見えた。

タクシーが捕まらない時、スタッフの方が代わりに目的地まで車で送ってくださいました。本当に親切で感動しました。
ありがとうございました。アメニティも大変充実していて、環境にも配慮された方式だと思います。

Ok for a night, visit the restaurant
Pros:

Room, even a strange setup was large enough, bed comfortable, amenities ok.
Highlight was Uyama San from the restaurant on 9th floor , Sky View Candle. What a gem of hospitality, he was amazing in service way beyond what is expected, from menu explanations to giving us a view of the top Sky lounge ( closed due to weather).
Food there was fine but his outstanding service was the keynote.

Parking staff was also friendly and helpful, free parking 🅿️

Cons:

Checking staff was not competent, half of the information was either wrong or not helpful.
Bathroom was too small for two people.
Carpet needs cleaning.

False advertisement of rooftop terrace. Would have booked somewhere else if I had knew.
Cons:

Extremely disappointed that the rooftop terrace which is advertised in the front page is actually not accessible as part of your stay and need to be payed as extra.
The young staff were also really unprofessional.

眺めは良かった

Cons:

狭い、とにかく狭い
部屋の広さがもっとわかりやすくしてほしい
歩くところは30cmくらいしかなくどうにか荷物が置けたくらいであとは寝るところ。
ベット2台とのことだったがあれをベッドと呼べるのか疑問。

Hôtel très chouette à Matsue
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, tout le confort
Le personnel est incroyablement serviable et attentionné.
Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue et avons eu une magnifique chambre en angle (grandes fenêtres) donnant sur le lac. Beaucoup de circulation en bas mais ce n’était pas du tout gênant. Le onsen est super.
