Excelente opción en Matsue
Pros:

Excelente opción. Hotel situado un lugar céntrico de Matsue, perfecto para viajar por trabajo como fue mi caso. Excelente el trato con el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Excelentes también los servicios y el desayuno, de estilo bufet. No puedo pedir más, sólo dar las gracias.

Cons:

Esto no es un demérito del New Urban, sino un comentario general. Desde el estándar europeo, las habitaciones de los hoteles japoneses son pequeñas, y las del New Urban, también. En mi caso ya estaba acostumbrado y eso no representó ningún problema.

平日のこともあり安くて満足でした
Pros:

シャンプーバーもあり、アメニティが充実していました。
スタッフさんは　親切で礼儀正しかったです。

Cons:

窓の防音が甘く、夜中　外の人の声や車の音が聞こえてきました。
隣の部屋のドアの軋み音も聞こえ、開閉音は仕方ないにしても、軋み音は改善できそうなのに、と思いました。

Pros:

宍道湖が目の前に見えるロケーション、別館の大浴場が清潔で気持ち良い

Cons:

本館と別館を結ぶ屋根付き通路が工事中だったので、それが終われば改善すると思うが、本館に泊まった私は大浴場やレストランの為に別館へ行くのが不便。本館の1階ロビーは座る所がなく、老人には酷。ビジネス客しか想定してないようなコンビニとコインランドリーと貸しオフィスで埋められて全くくつろげない。宍道湖の畔でロケーションが良いだけに観光客にホテルで過ごそうと言う気にもっとさせてほしい。別館に泊まればロビーはくつろぐ場所はあるが、もっと星を増やせる素材が有りそうなホテルなのにビジネスホテルに留まる印象だったのが残念だった。本館の部屋は内装が綺麗で掃除も行き届いていて良かった。外人枠で予約されたのか、部屋は湯船なしのシャワーのみだった。大浴場が朝も入れたのでこれは全く問題ない。良い割り切りだ。

Un séjour agréable qui manquait juste d’une bonne connexion wifi
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est présent à tout heure.
L’hôtel dispose d’une petite supérette qui est très utile vu qu’on est un peu excentré.

Cons:

La connexion wifi n’était pas stable, me forçant à utiliser mes données cellulaires.
