It’s clean, good location, free shuttle bus to the station!

Cons:

Well, the staff can't organize a normal check-in process, it takes forever and creates a queue. For some reason they prefer to use a machine for check-in instead of a personal check-in, which is why guests spend a lot of time trying to figure out which button to press... I asked if I could check in with a person, since this machine will probably reject my credit card since it foreign, and the admin said, "Everything will be fine," and guess what? The machine rejected my card! And I had to stay in another queue, for a personal check-in this time, where I met an unsmiling and unfriendly young man. The impression of the hotel was spoiled by the incompetent staff.

ロケーションがチョベリグ。
Pros:

宍道湖に近く、朝食会場から、宍道湖の眺めが良かった。飲食店街も近い。チョット歩くと橋から続く幹線道路にぶつかりそこをまっすぐ歩いて行けば松江城にたどり着きます。本館の1階にコンビニがあります。

Cons:

私が泊まったのは新館で、朝食会場の本館へは、エレベーターで1階に降りて、本館のエレベーターに乗って移動になります。そんなには気にならなかった。
