ロケーションは街なかで便利。飲食店も近くにたくさんある。

Cons:

スタッフの対応やコスパで考えると及第点ですが、設備が古く、ベッドの質や、冷蔵庫や時計の音で眠りが浅くなった。壁掛け時計に関しては、もはや必要ないのでは？鉄道会社も廃止しているし、皆ケータイ持ってるよ。

Goed verblijf, dichtbij het kasteel
Pros:

Dichtbij het Matsue kasteel. Mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het ligt verder van het station zo’n 35 min lopen. Dus met zware koffers denk aan vervoer naar het hotel.

夕日は見れなかったけど快適。また泊まりたい
Pros:

朝食が、とても美味しかったです。しじみ汁やしじみご飯、赤天、野焼きと地元の物が食べれて嬉しかったし、パンやコーヒーも美味しくて、コーヒー2杯もおかわりしました。

Cons:

景色は良かったですが、どうしても宍道湖の夕日が他の建物に隠れて見えなかった事は残念でした。

快適な滞在に必要なものは全部満点以上を満たしている、コスパ最高な宿。

【見えないところまで雰囲気の良さが行き届いているホテルです】（9泊、7階のお部屋）
通常であれば見えないところも雰囲気が良いのはとても信頼感が上がるな…と思いました。
滞在中、日中は部屋でデスクワークをしながら過ごすことが多かったのですが、お掃除のスタッフの方と廊下ですれ違う際に毎回明るく声をかけてくださったり「何か足りないものはないですか？」と聞いてくださりとても温かい気持ちになりました。清掃の最中もスタッフさん同士で声を掛け合いながら明るく業務をなさっている雰囲気があり、その様子を部屋のドア越しに聞きながら「和やかで清潔で、とてもリラックスできる宿だ」と感じました。館内も清潔でアメニティやウェルカムドリンクのセンスもよく、とても素敵なホテルですが、特に良かったのは清掃のスタッフの皆様のご対応や働く姿でした。また松江滞在の際はぜひ宜しくお願いします。

Cons:

9泊の間、良くないと感じた点はありませんでした！ロングステイでもアラが見えない、信頼度の高いホテルです。

Si poteva accedere alla terrazza dell'albergo dove si poteva godere una magnifica vista seduti in comode poltrone con bibita offerta. Bagno molto grande e bello. Colazione abbondante.

Cons:

Dalla nostra camera purtroppo si vedeva solo parcheggio, accesso alla terrazza dell'albergo con sovrapprezzo.

雖然未能如願排住湖景房
但朝食會場能邊用餐邊欣賞宍道湖的景觀，真心推薦加購早餐哦~

離松江站有點小距離，雖說有環湖巴士可以到飯店旁，但對外國住客或許是有一點點麻煩

Pros:

レストランからの眺望が良い。

Cons:

本館はエレベーターの周りに部屋があり、エレベーターホールで騒いでいる若者の声が聞こえる。隣の部屋との壁が薄いらしく、いろんな音が聞こえる。また、本館は24時まで外部の人が部屋まで入れ、不用心。
