そもそもこちらの手違いで2名利用のところ1名分しか予約してなかったのが悪いのですが、追加タオルセットのバスタオルとして持ってきてくださったのがバスマットで、連れは大浴場でバスマットで体を拭きました。部屋に帰ってタオル状況を確認したのですが、他にバスタオルはなくフロントに連絡。再度持ってきてくださったものがまたしてもバスマット。連れは大いに憤慨しておりましたが、私は笑い転げておりました。
