Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt im Zentrum, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Auch wenn der Parkplatz in einem anderen Hotel war, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sehr lecker und mit einer angenehmen, fast familiären Atmosphäre, sodass man sich wie zuhause fühlt.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es war extrem heiß, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Zusätzlich hat der Kühlschrank durchgehend laute Geräusche gemacht, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Besonders problematisch war, dass eines Morgens Wasser aus der Deckenlampe kam. So etwas kann passieren und wäre an sich nicht dramatisch gewesen.

Was jedoch wirklich gestört hat, war der Umgang damit: Es wurde nichts aufgeräumt, und es gab keinerlei Information darüber, ob das Problem behoben wurde oder ob wir das Licht überhaupt noch sicher nutzen können. Hier hätte ich deutlich mehr Kommunikation und Service erwartet.

Ihan ok
Pros:

Sänky ja tyyny oli hyvät. Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli lämmin.

Cons:

Huone oli kylmä, parvekkeen ovi jäi raolleen ja lattia todella kylmä. Tv ei myöskään toiminut.
