Отношение персонала доброжелательное. В комнате чисто и уютно, уборка и смена белья ежедневно.
Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.
В жару, когда на улице было + 40,0 кондиционер в гостинице не работал. В комнате стоял вентилятор.
Location was perfect
AC did not work properly and there was very hot (38 an 41 degrees) outside. It wasn't pleasent in these days. Also some bugs around the room and bathroom
Der Balkon oben, ist schön gewesen, da man ein schönen Überblick der Stadt hat.
Durch die Lage im Zentrum, war es sehr laut. Möbel sehr abgewohnt. Küchenutensilien waren eher schlecht als Recht.

Parfaitement situé, à 15mn à pied de la gare, 10mn d’un Lidl pour les courses, et en plein centre, parfait pour les visites. Kitchenette bien équipée, avec plaques, four, frigo, bouilloire et ustensiles de cuisine. Climatisatisation appréciable en plein été, et ventilateur. Personnel aimable et réactif.

Il fatto che ogni volta che tiravo lo sciacquone del water dopo averlo tirato provenisse un casino dalla doccia e l’aria condizionata non funzionava molto bene

Ich fand es sehr angenehm. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr gut erreichbar, was man von der Rezeption leider nicht sagen konnte.
Das Zimmer selber war perfekt. Leider war die Rezeption so gut wie nie erreichbar die Zimmer Frau waren sehr höflich war sehr angenehm war
I had a great experience with the staff who really worked to make our stay memorable. My son and I arrived in Prague at 10am by sleeper train and I had asked the hotel to allow us to drop off our bags until we could take the room at 2pm, however when we arrived the reception staff and cleaners had prepared us a room overlooking the gardens and could occupy immediately which was absolutely brilliant. Breakfast on the terrace is so peaceful and the restaurant staff are lovely. Will definitely stay again.
Sadly we were informed that the pool is out of use until it is renovated and there are some very minor repairs needed if you have a super critical or technical eye (I am a surveyor), but it is a beautiful historic building with excellent rooms and maintained in A1 standard by a keen staff. It will be even better once the swimming pool is re-opened. I'd recommend it for couples and families who like more independent holiday accommodation and are not expecting to be waited on hand and foot by hotel staff.
