Pros:

Nice Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were very good in terms of the quality and variety.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning, and humming noise until late night and started again early in the morning. It may be to do with the roof top pool. There is construction going on in front of the hotel which is the side for Mountain view rooms. It may be noisy from time to time.

設備が整っていて、ご飯も美味しいし、子供連れには最高でした。

Cons:

人が多すぎるし、ご飯の場所も遠いし高齢者の家族と行くには、大変かな
スタッフも外国人多くて日本語なかなか通じなくて、困りました💦
