Erholung und Erlebnis
Pros:

Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt mit vielen interessanten Aktivitäten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war zudem super freundlich.

フロントの方を始め、スタッフの方々がとても優しく、声掛けやすかった。
声をかける前の雰囲気がとてもよく、雰囲気が心地いいと思えました。

お客はたくさんいるが、不便を感じない。

Cons:

晩御飯のビュッフェ時、案内の方が席を探しながらのようで、レストラン内を1周させられた。インカムあるのに連携がとれていないように思った。同じようなことを他のスタッフもやっていた。

舒适的享受

11年前入住过这里，这次入住新的宙馆，有独享的屋顶温泉和露台餐厅。也去重温了虹馆的露天温泉，以及夜晚的水舞秀。餐食品种多样，露台餐厅正对别府湾口味感官得到了充分的满足。娱乐休闲设施齐全，大人小孩都可以尽情享受。我们入住的房间是洋式床加榻榻米，空间足够大，有两个洗漱台。
