This was my second stay at this hotel, and I enjoyed it even more than the first time! The staff are incredibly responsive and resolve any issues promptly.
The breakfast is top-notch—delicious and varied. There's a great selection of hot dishes, and they even prepare several items to order.
I especially want to highlight the soundproofing from the windows. It's fantastic! With the windows closed, the room is completely silent. It's hard to believe you're in the center of St. Petersburg; it feels more like being in the countryside. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable. 👍

Stayed for a night with my husband in Radisson Sonya , we had a nice experience. The bed in the room was amazing , I felt like I m sleeping in a cloud .
Also liked the food , it was really tasty .
I even managed to visit hamam in the evening, after a long day it’s a perfect way to spend time .
The choice of food for breakfast was rather wide .
So I would definitely come back to this hotel !

The location and pricing were the reasons to stay here, along with the availability of online booking…Radisson is one of the few large hotel chains that allows bookings in Russia currently.
The hotel is in a nice but quiet (not manic) neighborhood….and a 25 min walk from the main sites like the Hermitage and the Cathedrals. There are several lovely restaurants/bars/coffee shops in a few blocks radius, and also grocery stores nearby if you need it.
I had a Standard Room (payment is cash only currently for foreigners), with a City view. The room was small and I think it would have been tough for 2 people to stay here…especially the bed was on the small side (maybe a Double, at most). However it was very comfortable and I slept well. And also the rest of the room was high spec, including the cozy bathroom. Lots of powerpoints available, which is a positive. And the room was silent despite overlooking a somewhat busy intersection.
WiFi was good enough to stream video.
I didn’t opt for the Breakfast, but it looked okay. I didn’t eat in the restaurant either.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping was the only downside from the service point, as the rooms were never made up when I returned…only done around 4.30/5pm. Laundry was on the expensive side.
Overall I would stay here again…it has bit more local vibe than the main tourist area hotels. main downsides are the 25min (2km) walk to the main sites and also the small rooms.
It is a good hotel, especially the good receptions and service guys. The breakfast was delicious. The location was near to shopping centers and also some places like Hermitage muesum. Also I could have some small workout at the small fitness room.

Hotellin yleinen kunto on hyvä, huone oli siisti ja ei valittamista. Aamupalalla hyvä tarjonta. Muita tiloja en ehtinyt testaamaan matkan tiukasta aikataulusta johtuen
Genel olarak normal, fakat 3 eksik konu var oteli otoparklı diye tutmama rağmen kendine ait otoparkı yok binanın önünde yol kenarında 4 araçlık yet mevcut eğer doluysa kendiniz yer bulmanız gerekiyor, temizlik konusunda diğer radissonlara göre biraz zayıftı. Ayrıca Premium oda tutmama rağmen odanın dışarıya penceresi yoktu binanın ortasına bakıyordu, bence çok büyük bir eksik.

Отдыхали втроем в radisson sonya в июле. Очень вежливый персонал отеля, особенно хочется высоко оценить работу администратора ресепшена Павла. В отеле чисто и комфортно. В ресторане вкусная и разнообразная еда. Sonya можно смело дать оценку 10 из 10.

Rooms are not spacious at all - and a bit small for a company of two - though very cozy
Bathrooms are perfectly clean though the shower door is impossible to close properly so water is slitting on the floor

очень колоритный отель с хорошим месторасположением - есть рядом ресторанчики и кафе (включая булочную с вкусным кофе и пирожными) и в самом отеле завтрак просто великолепный - особенно приятно утором встретить ассортимент свежевыжатых соков-композиций.
