Pros:

我对早餐比较满意，该有的基本都有，咖啡很棒，工作人员态度很好，前台和行李员表现出很高的素养。我非常感谢行李员的礼貌和绅士风度，给小费也拒绝，这让我对伟大的哈尔科夫有了更崇高的敬意。谢谢前台的姑娘帮我叫出租车并让我把行李放行李间。

Pros:

Отличный отель, в старинной части города. Чувствуется породистость, хорошая шумоизоляция, удобные кровати. Восхитительные завтраки и отношение персонала.
