Lo dijimos en recepción y Tampico se sofocaron mucho. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación y nos dieron unos pastelitos de cortesía...no más
En un hotel de 5 estrellas, no se debería consentir.
Desayuno escaso, al menos para los occidentales.
La nevera totalmente vacía.
Los accesorios del baño también escasos, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de esa calidad.
Decepción total.

Бассейн хороший , есть парная комната .В целом отель красивый , но старый.
Персонал помогали чем могли , но английский у них не как в других странах , уровня таких же отелей , но это Китай , понимание есть , и на то спасибо.

Cons:

Как только разместились , в номере не работал нормально туалет , до ресепшн невозможно дозвониться, для всех просьб спускались на ресепшн , потому что дозвониться таки никак не получилось.
Локация в целом не самый лучший вариант , но если пройтись минут 20, есть трц где можно купить что то , и поесть

Fantastic hotel, nice breakfast. Our family enjoyed it a lot. Staff very very helpful and go out of their way. I lost my wallet at this hotel but they (Coco, Tiana) found it promptly and Tammy, the front desk manager mailed it safely to Hong Kong and I got it in less than 48 hours, such an amazing act of kindness. We booked 3 rooms and will reconsider it at our next visit for sure.
