Comfy place to stay in Waco!

Room was clean and bed very comfortable; The staff was friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy staying at this location for the price and convenience.

Arrived at the hotel, which was having the entire exterior painted. Yikes. Clearly, the entire place was recently renovated/in process of renovation. Tried to check in early, but the charge was $35, so we passed and headed out to see Waco.

Came back, checked in, went to room. Then it started.
Spider on the bed, roach on the wall, dead bugs in bathtub, cobwebs in corners, pieces of popcorn ceiling that had been repainted dangling, dried and stuck on unknown substance inside cabinets.

Decided to check out. Gloria at the front desk wasn't authorized to refund the charges, told us manager (Norma) would be in the next morning at 8:00am.

Went back next day at 1:00pm, and Alexia told us Norma wouldn't be in until 3:00. (What in the world??) She told me she had no idea why we were told 8:00, because "there's a schedule right there on the wall I can show you." When I mentioned that it was clear she had no concern about our issues, she quickly ran it back. So, we left again and came back later in the afternoon to see Norma.

That was when things turned much better. She immediately apologized for the issues, said she'd gone to look at the room personally and would make sure the proper staff knew what had happened. She printed out a zero charge invoice, apologized again, we thanked her and headed out. Thank you Norma for the very appropriate customer service. It was quite appreciated.

The hotel was vey good except housekeeping didn't notice the microwave door was bent & open makingit unusable. Property is difficult to access from northbound I35.

Great location clean and great customer service

We arrived at night and could see the filth on the outside of the building and I could this place was a dump. The manager was nice. When we got to our room the sofa was disgusting old with white stains, let your imagination take over old worn out P.O.S. See pics The shower tub combo was rotted with mold on the bottom (Pics) only acouplt of the channels on the tv worked. The worn out bed squeaked..Management informed me that the owner only cared about profit and not his guest comfort. After everything else I saw I would not eat breakfast there. Nor would I recommend staying at this establishment.

It was good, with the exception of our air conditioner in our room. 325

I tried to call and tell them my father is having heart surgery and cancel yesterday morning but they didn’t care and also would not even hear me out. I missed the Baylor game and now out my money that I don’t have. I just wanted only one weekend not working all year and I’m now sitting in Roundrock making sure my dad goes home from the ICU

Spacious, nice and very clean. Helpful staff. Our TV was not working and the front desk and maintenance brought us a new TV and set it up for us.

We had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites. The room was nice, clean, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was the standard fare, but good. Our only drawback was the hotel employee checking us in lacked a warm and friendly personality.
