Pros:

福容集團旗下的旅館固然品質是有保障，光是每層樓都設有飲水機既環保也方便。
雖然是屬於商旅但大廳、房間、衛浴都還是頗有飯店水準，
相較一般旅館費用稍高不過確實是物超所值的優質旅館。

Cons:

停車繳費機還必須要到一樓會耽擱一點時間。
要下去停車場也必須再到一樓轉專用電梯也是一點麻煩。
