Un lieu superbe, une très bonne table, des services à améliorer.
Pros:

L'hotel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, directement en bord de plage, avec une vue magnifique sur les couchers de soleil. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, élégant et parfaitement intégré à son environnement. L’ambiance est agréable et la restauration de très bonne qualité. Malgré des chambres plutôt simples, le confort est au rendez-vous. J’ai également apprécié le fait que mes remarques aient été prises au sérieux : le responsable du restaurant s’est personnellement occupé de moi pour le reste du séjour, ce qui a nettement amélioré l’expérience. Toutes commodités a 10 minutes à pieds.

Cons:

Au regard du tarif (environ 450 € la nuit pour la chambre Deluxe avec vue océan), la multiplication des suppléments peut surprendre : bouteilles d’eau, capsules de café en chambre, certains plats en demi-pension… beaucoup d’éléments sont facturés en extra. J’ai également ressenti un manque de fluidité dans l’organisation et la communication interne (notamment pour l’organisation d’une excursion et certaines facturations au restaurant). Le personnel est nombreux mais le service pourrait gagner en efficacité et en coordination. Les tarifs pratiqués sont alignés sur des standards européens, ce qui est assumé par l’établissement, mais peut parfois contraster avec l’ambiance chaleureuse et familiale recherchée. Néanmoins, l’équipe a su faire preuve d’écoute et corriger le tir lorsque cela a été nécessaire.

A little gem in Black River
Pros:

Super nice staff at the property, always happy to help. The guest house has a very nice and chill vibe, we could really relax and enjoy to the fullest our vacation. The food and cocktails served at the beachfront restaurant were also delicious. Shops, cafes are nearby. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Mauritius.

L'emplacement idéalement situe en front de mer. La taille humaine de l'hôtel, la décoration qui donne une atmosphère détendue et accueillante. L'accueil du personnel de la Réception et du bar/restaurant.
La piscine est un plus

Cons:

Quelques petits dysfonctionnements de certains équipements de la chambre qui ne remettent pas en question la qualité du sejour.
Literie un peu dure mais de bonne dimension.

Boendet som har allt och lite till
Pros:

Frukosten var bra men lite variation vore trevligt. De har lunch, middag och snacks under hela dagen. Man behöver aldrig gå hungrig. Lugnt och fint område. Man kände sig trygg i området även under sena kvällar. Vi var också nöjda med rummet. Vi bokade standard rum med balkong. Vi testade aldrig poolen men vi såg många andra njuta av det. De har också strandstolar med parasoll precis vid havet. Sedan fanns det andra restauranger ifall man orkade gå en bit bort. Personalen otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rekommenderar boendet till de som vill njuta av stillhet. Åker gärna i framtiden till samma ställe.

Séjour inoubliable !
Pros:

Séjour de 10 jours avec ma fille, nous avons été particulièrement ravies par l’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, par l’environnement paradisiaque de l’hôtel, plage magnifique, par la décoration intérieure et extérieure soignée et épurée, piscine avec transat, coin détente, par les repas excellents et par le calme de l’hôtel loin de l’ambiance impersonnelle des grands complexes. Ici, tout est beau et reposant. Un grand merci également à Émilie, qui était là pour répondre à nos attentes, grâce à elle, découverte d’une superbe randonnée avec un guide Éric que je recommande à tous , un des meilleurs moments de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous reviendrons, séjour inoubliable !

Pros:

La struttura è un boutique hotel molto confortevole. L'hotel è veramente piccino, ma non manca nulla ed è tutto a portata di mano. Dalla piscina si arriva al mare con quattro scalini e le camere sono molto vicine al ristorante, alla piscina ed al mare. Un elogio particolare va al cameriere del ristorante Jonathan che fa la differenza del servizio.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere ampliata. Poca scelta. Un esempio per tutti è che viene offerto un solo tipo di yogurt e un solo tipo di marmellata. Il personale non è sempre attento e il servizio alcune volte risulta veramente molto lento (tre ore per cenare).
