Not good!
Pros:

It was a in good location!

Cons:

The carpet in my room had a very unpleasant odor throughout my stay. The carpet in the corridors looked dirty! I also booked my reservation with breakfast included, but it wasn’t reflected in my reservation when I checked in. The front desk corrected the issue, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that there wasn’t a proper breakfast area—only a bar serving breakfast. As a result, I chose not to have breakfast there.

It was the perfect overnight stop to jump back on I24 and miss city traffic the next morning
Pros:

We got in pretty late like 9:30 pm and had a hungry toddler. The gentleman that ran the Bistro in the lobby was very nice and helpful! And the Burger was great!

Disappointed in facilities and description of property

Cons:

No restaurant and site says they have 2. They have a snack counter. No breakfast. We only booked because we would be coming in early evening and wanted dinner.

Pros:

I like that I was on the ground floor.

Cons:

I did not like my room. The bed was uncomfortable the mattress was not clean the shower curtain was not clean and I just was not happy overall and with the price for the way the room looked.

A Comfortable inconvenience
Pros:

The room was nice. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because of the amenities that were advertised. The bistro was not open at dinner because “I guess staff decided not to show up”. There was one very nice lady working the bistro in the morning by herself. She had to cook the food and wait on customers. I waited 30 minutes for a bagel and a Chobani Greek yogurt because she had no help at all. The bistro was not open the second night we were there either. The conveniences advertised were not available the entire time we were there. I will not be staying at this location again.

The location was amazing and close to many things we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and cozy.

Cons:

The hotel did not serve breakfast. We usually utilize Marriott because of it. They also did not switch out the towels in the room during the stay. The front desk agent was disrespectful and rude. We encountered her twice at check in and early checkout. Honestly, hotel stays are not cheap and we have so many options the fact that we were spoken too is a rude manner on two different occasions by the same person is just not a good scene to be around.

Pros:

room seemed okay

Cons:

The staff would not assist or help in any way when they placed us next to an unruly family right next door. I asked if they would speak to them as the were very loud and in and out all night long. Must have been at least 7-10 of them. Won't be staying with you ever again.

Indoor pool not open lady bugs all over the room weird 3 men roaming the lobby from claims to be with a church that has service at the hotel ball room on Sundays they were stalking young women there filling them around and even cornering under age teens girls and kept walking into their party they was having in the ballroom on Saturday and started bullying the guest there even turning on the lights and asking when the party is going to be over
