Excellent location. Needs better sound proofing.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to a lovely beach and a supermarket with a bakery. Nice sized, spacious apartment.

Cons:

Singled glazed windows offered absolutely no sound proofing, this made it difficult to get a good nights sleep as you could hear everything happening outside ie people shouting, trucks, motorbikes etc. Also curtains were not blackout therefore it was very bright in the rooms early in the morning. Would be good to have blackout curtains.

Pros:

Great location. Supermarket and bakery close. Very clean with excellent air conditioning.

Had to pay for the sunbeds and there was no shade or umbrellas at the pool area.

Pros:

La verdad que todo, tiene muy buena ubicación, el apartamento está muy limpio, y las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada, lo único como recomendación o sugerencia sería poner unas servilletas o rollo de papel de cocina.

Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le chef de réception et notre départ s’est très bien passée également, notre T2 était super, très bien située nous avons eu un côté calme ce qui été encore + agréable. Le maître nageur a été super également, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de ménage car les équipements sont fournis et nous avions nos serviettes, la machine à laver dans le logement est plus. Le logement était propre

Malheureusement la ventilation fonctionne très peu voir pas du tout par moment dans la salle de bain ce qui a fait que nous avions eu une odeur d’humidité le 1er et 3eme jour c’est dommage. Peut-être faudrait-il voir s’il n’y a pas un soucis de ce côté ? Il y avait des cheveux dans la serpillière, peut-être faudrait-il lors des réassort et/ou lorsque vous n’êtes pas complets et/ou entre quelques réservations si cela vous est possible de changer la serpillière dans les logements pour vous évitez des plaintes inutiles.

Апартамента който бяхме наели, отговаряше изцяло на нуждите на нашето семейство. Към хотела има и ресторант, които в който готвят превъзходно и всички бяха много мили. Има два басейна за възрастни и деца.Намира се буквално на 100 метра от централния плаж. В близост до хотела се намира голям и добре зареден хранителен магазин, а до него закусвалня, от която сутрин взимахме закуска за децата. В близост до хотела има платен паркинг, където държахме колата, което е голямо удобство. Персонала е изключително любезен, усмихнат и отговори на всичките ми въпроси.

Cons:

Единственото което не ми допадна е размерът на апартамента. Хола с кухнята и трапезарията бяха толкова големи колкото спалнята. Ние бяхме двама възрастни и две децата. Има страхотна голяма тераса, но липсва тента,която да пази от напичащото слънце.

La chica de la recepción muy maja y la ubicación buena.

Cons:

Tanto el colchón de la cama o el sofá donde dormían los niños eran incómodos. Por otro lado, solo lo limpian una vez a mitad de semana.

Pros:

La ubicación a un min de la playa Levante. El personal de recepción muy amables y muy receptivas a las peticiones de los clientes.

Cons:

Fuimos en varias ocasiones a esta cadena y la verdad que super bien quitando ahora.El colchón muy blando te caes por los lados. El sofá lo abrimos para dormir y no había manera de cerrarlo,encima super incómodo y bastante sucia la funda de la cama que se adjunta al sofá. La ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no cerraba aunque en cuanto lo comentamos en recepción nos la arreglaron y nos cambiaron el colchón. En la ducha se salia todo el agua fuera. Y lo peor de todo es el tema de la piscina. A unos los manda ducharse a otros no, el socorrista que estaba muy antipático diciéndonos las cosas y encima de tener la piscina incluida con el alojamiento te hacen de alquilar las hamacas por día porque no hay donde dejar las cosas. Vamos que me lo pensaría antes de volver...
