Satisfied in our recently vacation
Pros:

An excellent emplacement, team reception is professionnel and attentif, room is equipement and access is very easy, its located in front a metro station and there is a large park where you can enjoy. Just one suggestion, to clean a room quiclky.

A great impression
Pros:

It is a nice place with reasonable prices. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have an opportunity to adjust the temperature in the room. We had everyday cleaning but the people who did it never disturbed us. Also, I`d like to admit very fluffy pillows - it was a pleasure to sleep here!
There is a convenient parking zone or, if you prefer using public transport, the hotel is close to the metro station. Likewise, there are many good places to eat in the building itself or nearby so you can have delicious food both at the exquisite restaurant and at the ordinary eatery. Personally, I was impressed by the Izmailovo Estate surrounded by a lake next to the hotel. There you can relax, enjoy nature and the splendor of the estate`s architecture. By the way, rooms have wonderful views!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow for its excellent service, superb location, and overall pleasant atmosphere.

Vi hvilede som en familie i 2 dage. vi er glade! venligt personale, klar til at hjælpe når som helst. Vi havde 2 værelser, i et rum var der en spildevandslugt - vi blev straks skiftet til en anden, højere etage. Vi besøgte puljen og fitnessområdet - meget glade.

Poor client service - be aware!
Pros:

The hotel itself is not that bad and provides good value for money, however last time I booked it, they dealt incorrectly with foreign citizen's documents, this resulted in some problems with Russian immigration authorities. Please be aware!

When contacted by phone, the hotel staff immediately got defensive and didn't even say they were sorry. Very poor client service.

部屋はきれいでした。
シャワーの出し方やエアコンの設定等戸惑いましたが、解れば快適でした。
朝食は種類も豊富で味もとっても美味しかったです。
毎日朝から生ピアノの演奏もあり、快適でした。

Отлично! С малюсеньким минусом.
Pros:

Всё великолепно! Чисто, красиво, удобно. Рядом метро.
Но есть небольшой минус. Доступ в Интернет организован как то ужасно неудобно, правда после того как доступ получен Интернет работает отлично, до тех пор пока вновь не потеряется и не начнется "песня" с его получением.

К сожалению, в этот раз мы были разочарованы сервисом. Снимали 2 номера и один из номеров не убрали два раза, хотя мы предупреждали, что не убрано. Был поломан сейф, ждали мастера 4 часа! И не могли
