We stayed in four different hotels traveling around Alberta, this is the only hotel we couldn’t wait to vacate!
Pros:

Centrally located along Banff avenue.

Cons:

Generally in poor maintenance with a male receptionist that shows little interest to talk much less help with basic questions.

The location is very convenient. Everything can be reached by walking.

Cons:

The booking amount did not include taxes and tourism levy which the hotel had to charge more. Make sure to a lot extra budget for hidden charges.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Freezing rooms with no heating. No front lobby.

Reservation number 92700936882454 I told the hotel that flight was delayed by 24 hours and they acknowledged that but still charged $147.50 for the night I told them I wouldn’t be there. Charged 6 times for GST and Tourism Levy. Freezing room and no reception on site. Paid $492 in total and request half of that to be refunded.
