Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Freezing rooms with no heating. No front lobby.

Cons:

Reservation number 92700936882454 I told the hotel that flight was delayed by 24 hours and they acknowledged that but still charged $147.50 for the night I told them I wouldn’t be there. Charged 6 times for GST and Tourism Levy. Freezing room and no reception on site. Paid $492 in total and request half of that to be refunded.

Room was decent for the night however the parking signage was nonexistent

Great place for rest after touring Banff townsite.
Pros:

Location is why we chose hotel. It was built in early 1900 so it was expected to show age and character.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner.

Great stay and so close to everything
Pros:

I liked how close to the shops we were just walking distance.

Cons:

I wasn’t happy that we couldn’t access the garage from the door when leaving only by the vehicle entrance
I did like it heated tho
