Modernes, preiswertes Hotel, ideal für Flugreisende

Modernes, sauberes, in der Nähe von Flughafen BER und S-Bahn gelegen, für Flugreisende ideal. Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, dazu noch extrem preiswert.

Convenient location close to airport and welcoming staff
Pros:

The hotel is not directly at the airport, but it's a five minutes walk to the closest station and from there maybe another five minutes by train. I had an early flight, but trains were already running at 4:00 in the morning. So it's easy to reach the airport from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, the room itself spacious and clean.
The card for the room didn't work, but I was immediately given another room where everything worked without problems. Every staff member I met was welcoming, kind and helpful.

I arrived in the evening and went straight to bed to get as much sleep as possible before my flight and then left very early in the morning, so I can't comment on the restaurant or the breakfast.

I noticed people mentioning the street and noise level, but there was little traffic in the evening/at night, so I had no issues.

Cons:

This is very obviously an airport hotel. The surroundings are not amazing. It's a little in the middle of nowhere despite being so close to the airport, the train station and right next to a big street.

It's convenient to stay here to catch a flight, but I wouldn't recommend it for visiting Berlin.

Nice, practical hotel for a short stay, with friendly staff

The location is mainly practical when you have to be in that area, but it can be a bit noisy with the window open.

Gostei de tudo, atendeu perfeitamente o que eu precisava.

Cons:

Funcionários grosseiros. Fui pagar, perguntei se aceitava dinheiro físico, a funcionária já tinha feito algum trâmite no sistema, e foi extremamente rude para mudar o método de pagamento (que demandou dela alguns cliques a mais no computador e levou em torno de 1 minuto). Essa parte é bem decepcionante e desnecessária. Ninguém precisa passar por grosserias gratuitas, certo?

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.
Pros:

Unterkunft und Lage wie beschrieben , i. O. Personal freundlich, Hotel sauber

Cons:

Kühlschrank und TV defekt
Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer , TV ebenfalls defekt.
Großen Bier 7,90 ist schon recht ordentlich
