The experience is very good and mujibb the person gave us the excellent service

Break fast food is excellent

And staff receivement is perfect I love it

Rooms are very spacious, ambience very nice and calm, cleanliness is top notch, staff is very helpful and courteous, amenities are are very well provided, food is very delicious and nutritious, staff service is fast and courteous...... overall experience is very very satisfying. Will certainly stay the next time we visit Bangalore.

Food was not good at all at Puran Dhaba on 6th floor
But the service guy Mujib was really handled the situation well

The ambience throughout the property is welcoming and relaxing. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, great value for money — I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a good food at Puran da dhaab, Mujib was very good understanding my need , recommending best dish , taking care personally , he gave world class experience , I never got such fantastic service anywhere in India or else where

He is an exemplary resource for Pride. All people in restaurant are courtesies and ask everyone very politely.

Puran da dhaba has a nice ambience and the service was the best - Mujib and Samiksha. As I was waiting for food they got me a papdi chat complimentary and they kept checking on the food and was very attentive. The food was good but can be improved and the time taken for preparation

I checked into The Pride Hotel yesterday, and today is my first full day here. I am from Germany and currently in Bangalore on a business trip. After a short time, I already felt that choosing this hotel was the right decision.
I would especially like to mention Mujib from the service team. He is extremely attentive, very friendly, and clearly pays great attention to the needs of the guests.
Based on my first impression, I feel very comfortable here and genuinely impressed. I will be staying for the next two weeks and am looking forward to the rest of my stay.

PS: The juice that Mr. Mujib had prepared for me was absolutely delicious.
