Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children under 12 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

La fiesta de San Silvestre de fin de año, estuvo muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas. Relación calidad / precio muy mala. Las mesas estaban una encima de la otra, no había movilidad, estábamos apretados, encima de la orquesta. Creo que fue mucho dinero q mal invertimos.

Pros:

Cons:

No wash cloths or coffee maker were provided. Service at the hotel restaurants was poor. The quality of the food was inconsistent and sometimes poor. Use of the jacuzzi required a reservation and hours were very limited, but most of the time we were at the hotel, no one actually used it. It felt inaccessible. I ordered decaffeinated cappucinos at breakfast. During 2 out of 5 mornings, I was able to purchase this drink, but on the other 3 out of 5 mornings, I was told this was impossible. There were no herbal tea options either, so for most of my stay, I was unable to get a decaffeinated hot beverage at the hotel.

Knowing this great team is there made my entire stay smooth and enjoyable and is the reason I always return when traveling for business. The hotel’s location El Poblado, Medellín, is perfect for both business and leisure, with excellent access to the city.
