Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children under 12 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

I enjoyed my five-day stay at this hotel and plan to return when I visit Medellin.
Pros:

The clearest and stuffs are extraordinary, beds are super comfortable, and breakfast is real good and organic. Security is 24/7, and you can't access the lift if you don't have a key card, which makes me feel super safe.
