Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children under 12 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

La fiesta de San Silvestre de fin de año, estuvo muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas. Relación calidad / precio muy mala. Las mesas estaban una encima de la otra, no había movilidad, estábamos apretados, encima de la orquesta. Creo que fue mucho dinero q mal invertimos.

Pros:

Recibimos una fina atención de todo el personal. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y siempre limpias. Los desayunos deliciosos. Todo estuvo excelente.

上午服务人员多次敲门，一会要检查酒水吧，一会问洗衣服，一会问打扫卫生，来来会会敲门，为什么不将这些服务交给保洁一起做？让人感到很反感。
