Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children under 12 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente, mi unica sugerencia es que deberiantener una cafetera en las habitaciones y cafe de cortesia. En cuanto a lo demás, lo vi muy bien.

La ubicación

Cons:

El colchón no es cómodo, algo viejo al parecer, la habitación presentó una filtración, que era imposible que no la hayan detectado a la entrega del huésped anterior, no limpiaron mi habitación un día, pese hacer el pedido explícito y la plancha estaba en mal estado. Todo muy contradictorio a un hotel de 5 estrellas.
