設備、サービスは良いけど受付が時間かかり過ぎ。

部屋が狭い、でもこれは前のホテルのままだから仕方がない。
受付がひどい。
時間がかかり過ぎ。私はこれでこのホテルは以後使いません。
お年寄りの方が前にいると1人5分以上かかって後ろは8人くらい並んでいる。
なんとかしてくれとフロントの女性に言ったけどとまる本人が打ち込まないと無理みたいな感じでした。
アパホテル別なホテルで久しぶり2回目ですけど前回はこんなことなかった。
設備はいいけどがっかりでした。
お年寄りにも優しくしてほしいとかんじました。

小倉でのイベント参加に利用したい
Pros:

小倉駅新幹線口を出て、右手に歩いてすぐ。少し歩くと看板が見えます。
港近くのイベントの時は近くて便利。ロビーは少し狭いけれど、チェックインはスムーズでした。エレベーター利用はカードキーが必要です。大手チェーンのクオリティで、内装も綺麗です。水周りも問題なし。お水のサービスはありがたい。

Cons:

コンビニの併設はありません。駅からつながる屋根付きの回廊からは、1回出ないといけません。夜は少し辺りはくらくなります。ご飯を食べるような場所は、駅の反対側になります。
