Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

The bathrooms were clean and there were two of them.

Cons:

Rooms had a musty smell and we were unaware of the hotels construction. My Mom was able to move to a less musty smelling room but noticed dirty curtains, lamp shades and just overall not best location. Breakfast offered was grab and go - not what I'm accustomed to at a Springhill Suites.

Excellent service and treatment from the staff
Pros:

I appreciated that, even though the place was undergoing renovations when we arrived, the entire staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

I didn't like that things were a bit inconvenient due to the redevelopment work, and that some of the construction workers didn't have a good attitude.

Frustrating
Pros:

The overall location was good for what I had going on while I was in town.

Cons:

Was not aware of the front entrance to the hotel being under construction/renovations upon arrival, the $30 per night for parking is alot of money for paying guest staying at the hotel, and lastly, the fire alarm going off and on out of nowhere for about 40 minutes kind of killed my experience there at this location.

Près des hôpitaux, bien équipé et confortable (et piscine)
Pros:

La chambre est grande et bien équipée. Il y a un bureau pour travailler. Idéalement placé si vous allez travailler dans les hôpitaux alentours (5 minutes de marches). La piscine est idéale. Super qualité prix.

Acceptable room, but undisclosed renovations and a microwaveable sandwich instead of the advertised

Room was acceptable, roomy and clean.

Cons:

The room itself was acceptable; however, the overall stay was disappointing because the hotel was undergoing significant renovations. The lobby, front desk, breakfast area, and other common facilities were messy, unattractive, and well below the standard expected from a SpringHill Suites property.

Additionally, the advertised breakfast was not provided as expected. Instead, guests were served a microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, which was inconsistent with the breakfast presented at the time of booking.

The renovation and its significant impact on the guest experience should have been clearly disclosed before the reservation was made. Customers deserve accurate information in advance so they can make an informed decision or select alternative accommodations. Had I known the extent of the disruption and the limited breakfast service, I would have chosen another hotel.

Convenient to UM Hospital

Cons:

Room was dusty and bed was old and uncomfortable. Was disappointed that the bar/restaurant was closed. Breakfast bar is nothing like it use to be.
