Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa u cómoda, el desayuno regular

Cons:

Me cobraron 100 dólares extra de depósito o garantía , no me avisaron que iba a demorar tanto el reintegro y al día de hoy ( que el 27 va a hacer un mes) no me fue reintegrado .Adenas envíe varios Mail y no obtuve respuesta

I liked my room but it was very humid on the top floor
Pros:

False advertising of the breakfast paid resort fee but the pool was closed. It was humid and I was on the top floor

Disappointed.
Cons:

Me cobraron unos creditos que cuando hice check in me dijeron que no serian cargados a mi tarjeta. pero resulta que luego me cobraron 23 dolares por noche que son el supuesto credito por parte del hotel. Dben comunicar bien a los clientes que los creditos seran cargados a la tarjet al final.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

If I had known the hotel was under construction I wouldn't have stayed there. We were looking forward to checking in, eating and having a drink. Everything closed up. I ask for a room close to the elevator because my husband is handicapped. The first room they gave me was 607, that was a hike. Got in the room and there was a fowl smell of afrosheen that was very overpowering. Called down to check in and they put us in room 223. We slept comfortable.

Confortable y amistosa
Pros:

habitación bastante confortable, con un estudio excelente ya que me ayudó a realizar una clase virtual, el desayuno bastante sano tiene opciones variadas y saludables.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Tal vez algo de cambios por las refacciones que hacian, pero en general todo bien.

It was so bad that we will not be using Booking.com in the future. Falsely advertised & overpriced!
Pros:

Location was close to hospital

Cons:

It was being remodeled - there was no front entrance & no signs to find the entrance or parking. The lobby was the old gym & the breakfast was served on a folding table in the office & consisted of dry pastries, yogurt, & bananas. The room was dark & the couch torn & frayed. Our friends had to change room as the air conditioner didnt work & was actually taken apart & laying on the floor when they entered. Finally we received an invoice in the morning from the hotel which was $35.00 cheaper than we payed Booking.com!
