Important information:

We provide Complementary transportation to and from the airport every day, between the hours of 400am - 100am. After collecting their luggage from baggage claim, the customer must call the hotel at 407-812-9100 to request this service from the airport. Dont forget to schedule your return Airport shuttle upon checking in.

When making a hotel reservation the customer must make sure that the credit card use matches the guest arriving.

Starting on February 1, 2026, The Hotel no longer has free parking. The hotel will charge Outdoor Self-Parking fee of 6.00 USD nightly plus tax per car, for every overnight guest staying at the hotel. The Hotel also offers Park and Fly Service with a fee of 15.00 taxes per day. Our Pool is open from 8 am-800pm 7 days a week.

The Hotel Collect a security deposit of 50.00 on the same credit card, or 100.00 on any cash payment upon checking in. The Hotel charges all credit cards 24 hours prior to arrival to be able to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will cancel any reservation with a declined credit card, after sending an email message and get no response.

We are 100 Non Smoking. Anyone found smoking illegal substances such as marijuana anywhere in the hotel will be fined 250.00 and asked to leave the hotel. Those who only smoke regular cigarets we have a smoking designated area outside the hotel. Our guest satisfaction is our main priority, we offer a family environment.All guests must dress appropriately at all times in all public areas.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great place to stay near airport
Pros:

HORRIBLE AND NASTY...

We stayed at this hotel April 1-5,2026,and there was a big as cochroach in the room.I went to tell the person at the desk and she didn't accommodate us no type of way,and she told me to bring her the dead roach that we seen and killed.And before we seen and killed the roach,I had just booked two more nights at this same hotel and I had already paid for it in full,and after seeing the roach I wanted to cancel but I couldn't cause I paid through booking. Com,and they said that they couldn't accommodate me.So I still had to come back after the cruise April 12-14 or lose my money.So we ended up coming back,and one again,wasnt happy again,housekeeping was very rude,I asked to get my bathroom cleaned and ask for fresh towels and they was very rude,also there was long strings of hair on the bathroom floor,and to top it off,another cochroach was seen in the bathroom,told the lady at the desk about it and she wanted to take a Pic of the dead roach.And far as there breakfast goes,in the morning that was horrible, kept serving the same pale as sausage every morning,and I asked the lady about it and she said that they do switch it up,but news flash they didn't. And to top it off,my husband and I was sitting in the lobby of the hotel and there was another big cochroach laying on his back trying to turn over but couldn't told the lady at the desk about it and once again she didn't respond.SO NO I WOULDNT REFER THIS HOTEL TO MY WORSE ENEMY...ITS VERY NASTY...HAD TO KEEP OUR SUITCASE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES...
