Wonderful staff, comfy room, powerful shower
Pros:

Really warm welcome from friendly staff. The night staff went out of their way to help me when I realised I’d forgotten my toothbrush! The shower was lovely and powerful.

Cons:

The location was great for my conference, but it didn’t feel very safe at night (outside the hotel) as a lone woman.

fantastic! great hotel, great value for money! will be back!

We stayed in the IBIS for one night, when we checked in the staff there were fantastic! they told us some great places to go for drinks, dinner, some local sights that were a must see! they couldn't have been more helpful! the room was great, the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but my husband slept great, so maybe that is just personal preference. would definitely stay here again.

Not much not to like, I didnt find the bed as comfortable as I would have liked, but like I mentioned, my husband slept great so maybe it was more of a personal preference. everything else was great!
