Bardzo niewygodne łóżka. W pokoju strasznie śmierdziało. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji śmierdziało jeszcze bardziej.
Do windy nie dało się wejść ze względu na smród.

Przemiła kelnerka w restauracji, osoby w recepcji pomocne.

Po pierwszej dobie ręczniki wymienione, poza tym łóżka prawie w stanie zostawiony, nie zostały zabrane śmieci i szklanki zabrane do pokoju z restauracji, puste butelki po wodzie nie wymienione na świeża wodę. Po przyjeździe do hotelu byl problem z wejściem do pokoju. Pan który zajmował się naprawami niemiły. W restauracji carpacio prawie zamrożone, grube plastry których nie dało się zjeść. Musieliśmy wypluć po spróbowanie. Okropne doświadczenie.

Pros:

A szállás szuper. A reggeli bőséges svédssztalos nagyon finom volt. Közel van Krakówhoz 20 perc autóval. Elektromos autóval jöttünk, fantasztikus, hogy lehet tölteni az autót, nem a szálloda tulajdona, így aplikációval előre kell 50zl.fizetni majd visszautalják a maradékot. Csodás a terasz és a hátsókert.

Cons:

Ágymatracok kissé puhák voltak. Nincsenek a szobákban hűtők. Sajnos a vendégek egymás nyugalmára nem figyelnek... valamilyen kiírás szükséges lenne.

Чисто, затишно. В ресторані смачна вечеря. Дуже гарний сніданок, який включено в вартість проживання. Безкоштовна парковка .
