Location was good for me, close to my event.
There was a gym.
Walls a little thin, I could hear my neighbors, good thing they were not up all night.
I loved the coffee bar every morning at the reception. The staff was friendly. Good location.
Bathroom was so tiny.
The room was a little older. TV was small.
We liked the location for what we needed to be in Edmonton for. Price was decent. Liked that the gym facilities were open 24hrs. It was quiet and very comfortable bed. Slept great!
I’m always looking to score a deal. For me, having breakfast included would have made me rate this a 10. $14 for a continental breakfast seems high. We did not eat at the hotel.
Location, friendly staff, gave us a complimentary extra hour for late checkout.
Only cable TV offered and no smart TV or internet options. I asked for anything special to be added to the room as it was a special stay with my daughter and nothing was done. It would have been nice to have been able to rent a movie or something and this wasn’t an option. There were no garbage bag liners in the garbage bins which I found gross. Minimal towels were provided - 2 large towels and 2 small. The traffic was extremely loud and we were on the same floor as a sports team (or some other group with young boys) and the noise in the hallways late at night was very frustrating (they also played the game where they knock on the door and run away). Neither my daughter or I were able to get a decent sleep. I was not expecting a complimentary breakfast but given the cost and what was provided, I don’t feel it was good value for money. Overall, would not recommend.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t great. Same stuff as the free continental breakfast places but you pay extra
Walls in rooms must be poorly insulated as you can hear the neighbours talking and using washroom
Getting woke up at 230 in the morning by some noisy people. I even called the front desk and they were sending security

The elevators are small and slow
Forgot expensive jewelery there and realized after month but they kept it everything safe in there locker and they gave it back so like to thank staff and cleaning crew for giving best and reliable service always recommend 4 point Sheraton ✌️
