Great location!
Pros:

The property is centrally located. There are nearby restaurants, convenient stores, and markets. The restaurants around that area are very good. The room are spacious, it was nice for our three years old have areas to play.

Cons:

There were mosquitoes but we figured out quickly how to keep them out. The pool is not heated.

Great place in town
Pros:

Centrally located. Spacious room for our family. Many restaurants options. We love the market around the corner.

Cons:

Navigating the mosquitoes was not fun but we quickly figured it out. They are everywhere in Thailand though.

年末年始のチェンマイを満喫出来た良い家族旅行でした！
Pros:

部屋は広く快適に過ごせました。広いバスタブが付いているのも良かったです。旧市街からも近く周りに飲食店やミニスーパーもありロケーションは良いと思います。

Cons:

朝食は値段に見合っていないと感じました。また駐車場が狭く毎回停めるのに苦労しました（ただ困っているときはスタッフの方が親切にサポートしてくれました）。

Two large bedrooms, a big living room.
We took the room facing the pool — direct access to the pool.
Wonderful and friendly staff.
A ten-minute drive to the night market.
The breakfast is really good.
