Unterkunft war insgesamt okey. Sauberkeit war auch nur im mittleren Bereich. Das Bad war am schlimmsten.

このホテルに滞在するのは今度で3回目になります。
ショッピング、観光の中心となるニマンヘマン、旧市街へも徒歩圏内で立地条件はとても良好です。
ホテルの施設は老朽化が目立ちますが、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、また老舗ホテルなのでロビーもとても居心地が良いです。

A bit depressing
Pros:

The hotel was old. It looked great from the lobby, but the rooms are not the same way. I changed my room. The bathtub in the first room doesn't drain well and gets clogged. The second room's drainage worked well. Both bathrooms were not clean. Sheets and towels were clean. The rooms felt dark, old, unkept, etc.

各個人で部屋を取ってはいたものの、団体での利用のような形だったので、毎晩のように一階ロビーで集合して喋っていたが非常に居心地の良い空間でした。

ホテルに泊まりたいが、とにかく安く済ませたい人向け
Pros:

古いホテルなので、あちこち綺麗とは言えない。
中国人ツアー客が多く、廊下で大声で話すだけではなく、廊下を挟んだ向かいの部屋での大声の会話も聞こえる。

水回りの老朽化が著しく、トイレは一回のフラッシュでは流れない。洗面台もバスタブも栓がなく汚い排水溝が丸見え。

かつて、日本の天皇陛下も泊まられたようで、その時にお土産として渡されたシルバーのスプーンが飾られているが、幼稚園生の作ったような日の丸の周りにシルバーウエアが並んでいるが、磨かれておらず、かつケースも汚い。

タイの王様も来たようだが、その時の写真がエレベーターホールに飾ってあるが、その額縁もガタガタに並べられており、お国柄なのか、このホテルのだらしなさなのかわからないが、残念である。

更に、ドアマンらしき顰めっ面の男性は、何かを聞いてもイライラした様子で受け答えをする。

フロアーのカーペットは据えた匂いがして、各階の廊下やエレベーターホールはエアコンをかけないから、匂いと暑さでげんなりする。
セントラル空調も更新せずに、各部屋に小型エアコンをつけて誤魔化しているため、そうなってしまうのだろうが、残念極まりない。

手をしっかり入れれば、いい立地であるし、価値はありそうなものだが、目先の利益にしか目がいっていないのだろう。

隣のショッピングモールも、今や廃墟となりうすきみ悪い。

価格が、少しリーズナブルだが、大して変わらない値段で、安普請ではあるが新しいホテルがゴロゴロある。

We were late for checked in . We did booked for 5 rooms. But they have only 3 available . They replaced with another hotel. Very bad hotel.
